Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Rack Rate of the PFC is INR 400, However - Price offered for Indian Spinal Injuries
Centre is INR 350 (Discount of INR 50 per connection
2. Every connection through Practo would be exclusive in nature
3. Every connection is considered unique for a 30-day rolling period
4. Practo will deliver on the agreed number of connections within an estimated period of time
5. Practo will also provide you with value-added services:
o Missed call alerts help Get instant alerts with time and contact number for calls
received from patients via Practo
o Instant SMS alerts to Track if a patient has turned up
o Call Dashboards to Manage patient history or study call trends
o Call Recordings between patients and front desk staff
o Extension - Less Numbers allowing patients to connect through a dedicated phone

2. In case the connections are invalid, Practo will not charge you for them
3. The entire contract will be signed on an Insertion Order, with details of the number of
connections and the total deal value. Practo will adhere to the terms and conditions
mentioned in the IO.
