Australia Medical Insurance(Chat customer Support)

Campaign: Customer Support. ( Chat)

Description: Centre has to provide customer support by chat for Australia's based leading Health
Insurance Company. Centre has to provide knowledge support to customers regarding their Health
Insurance policies, how to claim, how to get cashless benefits, about documents, about complaints or
any queries. Centre has to assist and help the customers to buy or renew the Insurance products from
website.

Pay-out: 20AUD per hour per system/seat.

Seats: 20 to 50 seats.

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm AUS time. (GMT and it can be advice by client)

Working days: Monday to Friday.

Payment Cycle & Mode: Weekly Bank Wire, Client pay month advance payment before going
live.

Training: Will be for 6 days and 5 hours a day via Skype.

Contract: Minimum of 24 months and can be extended with mutual consent from both the parties.

Sign up: With end client based in Australia. Sign up can be done Online or centre can visit to client
place.

Sign up Procedure:

1. Need Company Profile in PPT Format.


2. MOU/NDA Signup, charges need to pay at time of MOU/NDA sign up
3. Centre Profile will be screened.
4. Centre Visiting and Centre Auditing.
5. Centre Finalizing from Client.
6. SLA will be done in 45 to 60 working days from MOU sign up.
7. 50% advance Billing will be release.
8. Client will start training and Client will install their calling applications and platform into dedicated
server.
9. Client will release Pending 50% to the Centre bank account.
10. Centre goes live.

Charges: INR 1,50,000/- at time of MOU/NDA and INR 2,50,000/- from advance billing.
Royalty: 2% every billing
