Practo Ray _Prime :

Practo Prime allows consumers to search, discover, and connect with the provider of their
choice through reliable and convenient booking technology. It allows the providers to offer an
exceptional visit experience through Ray Clinic Management software for Patient
Management.

Practo charges the clinic or hospital a one-time technology fee (book/call) the first time a
patient uses our technology to connect with them, this is nomenclatured as platform fee per
connection (PFC). This one-time fee is valid for up to 6 Months (UCP). Within the 6-month (180
Days) period (UCP), unlimited repeat appointments are allowed and are not charged for.

What Prime Supreme Solves ?

> No charge for patient No Shows (Coming Via Book Channel)

> No Charge for booked appointments canceled by patients.

> No Charges for Missed Calls.

> No Charges for Junk/irrelevant Calls

As discussed with you over the call, Prime Supreme commercially works on a Pre-paid Wallet.
This ideally means, that for every Connection established between 'Clinic' and a User, there will
be a 'Platform Fee per Connection' that gets utilized from your Practo Pre-paid Wallet. The
Wallet can be recharged as and when the balance runs low to ensure continuity of the
Campaign.
