Your proposed work should be carried out under strict ETISALAT

supervision & in compliance with the notes given below and the attached
Guidelines Annexure 1 & 2, stating safety precautions, Contractors
responsibilities to be followed from your side prior to and during the
proposed work at site.
? Contingency ducts to be provided as marked on plant map.
? All existing road crossing ducts are to be provided spare ducts
(if existing 1 way provide: spare D54/1w, if existing 2 way provide: spare
D54/2w) & protect with 10 cm thick concrete encasement.
? Affected Joint Boxes: All affected joint boxes levels should be
adjusted to new paving levels, (rising maximum 40Cm & Lowering
maximum 10Cm, otherwise demolish & rebuild the Joint Box).
? If any Etisalat network found affected by purposed work need to
be relocated, has to be relocated on recharger base.
? All work to be carried out as per Etisalat instructions and on
strict supervision.
? Protection and method statement should be submitted to Plant
Protection Officer before starting works activities (Contact Mr. Saud Al
Jabri 050-4715147 or Mr. Salim 050-3301510).
? Existing service corridor for Etisalat services are to be
demarcated at site and kept free from any type of
interference/encroaching/Plantation etc.
? The Contractor to arrange un-interrupted any time access to our
operational team to access the telecom joint boxes that are falling inside
the area of construction/LOC.
? As built Drawings are to be submitted to Etisalat on completion
of work for network verification and obtain Final Acceptance Certificate
from us, accordingly.
? Likewise, any damage inflicted on existing Telephone plant
during the course of your works will be dealt as per prevailing damage
claims procedures.
Please note that, the contractor shall be held liable for any accidental
damage happens to the existing telephone plant during the course of
works and any damage claims will be dealt as per the prevailing
procedures and it's to be `Deliberate category' case.

Site is Not Clear as per attached GIS drawing for reference.,
protect the Pipeline/equipments during their work
execution. Any damage of the same will be under fully
contractor/customer responsibility

As per AADC GIS information, There are AADC Electrical equipment
/Cables inside or Near work location. Hence, Contractor has to submit to
AADC method of protection of AADC Assets and should get approval,
after that contractor must make trial pit before proceeding any
construction works
AADC will not have any responsibility for any damage cables or
equipment?s result of not following above procedure. If must divert the
same contractor must apply to AADC to open electrical power line
diversion request. If any cable gets damage, contractor will be fully
responsible for the same. Refer To attached GIS for more details.
TRANSCO
Transco Infrastructure Services FP
conflict with transco existing water transmission pipelines , please shift
your proposed street lighting poles to be at least 3 meters away from the
pipeline edge

Du Telecom FP
Please, be informed that E.I.T.C./du has a live fiber optic cable network
running as shown in the attached file. We request you to submit the
following:
1. Detail cross section for the proposed development mention all
the levels and dimensions between our existing network and the
proposed development.
2. Du application form.
3. Method statement.
4. Inspection report sign from our inspector.
5. Protection detail to be confirmed by Du inspector as per the
site.
6. Manhole and structures cannot be placed within the
carriageway.

7. You have to have a copy of Du conditions, requirements and
drawing provided by Du when you visit the site.

insufficient to finalize our network requirements like relocation,
protection, joint box level adjustments, etc. in this regard, please

1. Proposed road work details & cross section drawings in CAD &
PDF format.
2. Service corridor layout & cross section drawings.
3. Road profile details.
4. Incorporate existing Etisalat network details in the proposed
drawing.
5. Proposed finished surface level details & corresponding level
details of affected joint boxes, if any.

from the relevant external Stakeholders and Service Authorities.
? Route approval to be approved by TPD and it must match the

designed service corridor distribution
? The Applicant is to take into account all relevant works in the
vicinity, planned and in progress, and coordinate with and obtain NOCs
from the relevant Project Owners.
? All safety measures must be considered and the Traffic
Management and Safety Plan must be reviewed and approved by Abu
Dhabi Police.
? No Roads shall be closed without prior permission from the DOT-
ITC.
? No DOT-ITC assets are to be relocated or removed without prior
approval of DOT-ITC.
? Open cut excavation for any utilities/service line crossing is totally
prohibited.
? The NDRC method must be used and the Method Statement
must be approved by DOT-ITC and relevant authorities.
? The granting of this NOC does not absolve the applicant from the
responsibility of third party damage.
? Applicant must approach bus office in case works will affect the
bus route /stops and coordinate with bus office at least one week ahead

? No objection from side and that is subject to obtain permits for
Parking-spaces reservations from MAWAQIF before establishing the
