Description Updates on VAW related laws – cum –Review and Workshop on the
Development of 2019 GAD Accomplishment Report
Objectives To plan the annual GAD plan and Budget Preparation
Preliminaries The event started by singing the Philippine National Anthem followed by a
prayer thru an overture.
In the absence of Sir Noe M. Hermosilla, SGOD Chief, Dr. Elna D. Enano,EPS
warmly welcome all the participants coming from different district and
school. She emphasizes the importance of knowing our own organizational
structure charts of our department. “SPREAD THE BUTTER” was the
message conveyed by Sir Felix J. Ladeno, HRD SEPS. He acknowledges the
presence of all the facilitators, participants & PMT who attended the said
seminar. The seminar/workshop was graced by sir Gaudencio C. Aljibe
Jr.,Phd, CESE, our assistant school Division Superintendent in which he draws
attention to the importance of equity, social justice, equality for all men and
women.

Design and Methodology of the The seminar/workshop was through plenary lecture. The presenter speaks
event usually to a large audience, the audience listens and sometimes ask question.
Due to the practical consequence of the size of the audience, the emphasis is
on the speaker and on the presentation techniques, like power point, or
transparencies for an overhead projector.
Management and Monitoring Every participant are mandated to come up with a GAD plan and budget to be
strategies submitted to the school head for its revision or amendment and for the
approval thereof.
