Vocational High School but I am presently stationed/assigned at Padre Burgos National
Technical Vocational High School, Padre Burgos District since June 14, 2014. Hence, may I
respectfully request for the transfer of my item to Padre Burgos National Technical Vocational
High School from Villa Jacinta National Vocational High School for the following reasons:

1. I am a resident of a barangay close to the school I am presently assigned to;

2. My specialization is needed in my current school;
3. I have been serving my current for the past three (3) years.
