Television
'Television is chewing gum for the eyes'
Television has become one of the most common things in our day-to-day life and everyone has a
television in their house. Television has become the main source of entertainment, news, and
Information. Television has brought the whole world into our house within a small box. When we
open a news channel on TV we get so much information about our locality, states, country, and also
about the whole world. To get rid of headaches and boredom we open an entertainment channel like

movies and cartoons. There are also some informational and learning channels that are there on
television.
Noise Pollution
Of all the varieties of modern pollution,
noise is the most insidious
Noise is unpleasant sounds that disturb us all. However, it has now become a major problem all
around the world. Noise pollution refers to an unwanted and dangerous level of noise created in the
environment. Also known as sound pollution, it has harmful effects on all living beings. Noise
pollution has many sources, indoor and outdoor. Noise pollution can cause many health problems
such as hearing impairment, high blood pressures, and affects a person’s mental health. It also
concerns an animal’s communication and hearing. Noise pollution needs to be controlled, and
awareness should be spread on this invisible danger
Story:
The Hare and The Tortoise
Once, a hare saw a tortoise walking slowly with a heavy shell on his back. The hare was very proud
of himself and he asked the tortoise. “Shall we have a race?"The tortoise agreed. They started the
running race. The hare ran very fast. But the tortoise walked very slowly. The proud hair rested
under a tree and soon slept off. But the tortoise walked very fast, slowly and steadily and reached
the goal. At last, the tortoise won the race.
Moral : Pride goes before a fall.
