PGP 2021-23 Why have I chosen this course?
When I first came across this course, I was little doubtful
whether how this would supplement by education here as a PGP student doing my master’s in business administration. After finding about this a little more and talking to seniors, reading the course outline, I feel this course has much to offer in terms of making me explore myself. One thing which I found very intriguing is about discovering alternative relevant ways to relate to the world and improve interpersonal effectiveness. I am very much excited to explore this angle of the course.
What are my fears and excitements?
I could describe myself as an classic introvert where I find it
very difficult to express myself to outer world. I take a lot of time and mental energy before expressing my opinion and this I wish to change possibly in this course / workshop. Things which excite me are studying people, understanding their behaviour, what motivates them, what incentivize them etc.
What are some of my questions or curiosities?
My curiosity lies around on how people choose on what do
they do, what motivates and incentivize them. I also am curious about on discovering alternative relevant ways to relate to the world and improve interpersonal effectiveness. I also understand of one’s own awareness and impact one can make in this world, by finding their meaning on the way. What investment am I willing to make?
Other than investing my time ,money and energy for this
course, I am also willing to let myself out without any barriers of any kind to be able to absorb whatever the learning I can. I also am curious if I’ll be able to pick a different point of view post this course / workshop
