As adolescents enhance their self-understanding, they become more
aware of their strengths, weaknesses, emotions, and feelings and how these
may affect their learning and behavior. You journey towards self-
understanding may begin with your answers to the following:

My special abilities and skills are I can do my tasks and performances faster if I
just put a lot of effort and focusing into it. There are also times that making
different essays for me is easy because my brain could think of ideas fast and I
only notice that I already have that idea typewritten after a couple of minutes,
it’s like I unconsciously thought of those words then that’s it.

The things I have achieved are able to graduate in primary and secondary level
with academic honors, a champion and placed 2nd on quiz bees in our entire
school. Able to learn new knowledge, facts, and tricks as well as able to
overcome my fears.

G. The things that make me happy.

The things that make me happy are foods, reading stories and books,
watching entertainment shows or movies, obtaining things I want and
receiving gifts or greetings from my friend, having a great time with my family
or friends, discover and travelling to farther places. Seeing my family complete
and happy with our pets, discovering new skills and lastly having quality time
with myself.

I. ESSAY

1. What are your own steps to be a better student?


My own steps to be a better student is to, keep in tract of all my
tasks and performances it is much better to make a to-do-list to be able to
passed before the deadline. Follow school’s rules and regulations for it
was made and implemented for the students to be an effective one and
also, it’s a guide for students and to establish a safe and secured
environment inside school premises. Be participative in class and be
friendly to my classmates to establish a good relationship and
communication with them, being participative helps us to be productive
academically. Stop procrastinating, this would result to poor school
performance and low grades thus, it is better to stop this habit. Be
confident, overcome your fears speaking I front of the crowd, it is better
to learn to speak for yourself and amplify your thoughts and ideas.

2. What are the things you do to be healthy?


The things I should do to be healthy is to start a strict diet, eat
nutritious foods and exercise every day to lose my unwanted fats and
weights. Drink vitamins for my immune system to be able to encounter
viruses and illnesses. Drink a lot of water, always stay hydrated to be able
to work better and for glowing skin. Meditation is also a good thing to do
it does makes you healthy mentally and spiritually, it brings inner peace
and reduces your stress. Another thing is to refrain from consuming
unhealthy foods, it is fine if you eat moderately but no too much, it would
result to complications in the future.

3. If someone would google your name, what do you want the


research results to be? How would you be able to achieve that?
If someone googled my name, I want them to view few details
about me and also the summary of my journey in life and the inspiring
words I said. To be able to achieve this I must succeed in my chosen
career and to be an inspiration to other people. Giving my greatest
contribution to the society that may be able to help the society and be a
notable person in the community. To be recognized is to make an
exemplary achievement and big change not just with my self but also to
other individuals out there. It is an honor for me to have my name written
in an article but it is much greater to be able to lend my knowledge and
give assistance to those younger generations.
