Possessive adjectives are words that indicate ownership.

My family isn’t very big. My parents are divorced and I’m an only child. My
mother is a painter, her pictures are fantastic, very colorful and intense. My
father’s name is Pablo, he’s an accountant so his passion is numbers. Their
favorite celebration is Christmas because they spend this time with me. We
cook delicious food and desserts. Our favorite dish is turkey with mashed
potatoes. Very American! My dog, Rex, eats Turkey too, we don’t give him its
normal food on Christmas or New Year’s Eve.

Richard and Anthony. Richard is a sportsman and Anthony is a student. Their
favorite food is burgers and fries. They are both very intelligent.
Our dog’s name is Cooper, he’s black and very big. Our cat is Kingston, he’s
gray and white. They play together in our yard. We love them a lot.

My family is not very big, my mother's name is Omaira, she is 73 years old, she was born in
Villavicencio, she is already retired but her professional career was a teacher so she is very strict.
My father's name is Pablo, he is 74 years old, he was born in Cartagena, he is already retired, his
profession was a professor of philosophy but he did it very little. My brother's name is Farid, he is
38 years old, he is a lawyer, he likes to play soccer and ride bicycles. My sister-in-law's name is
Diana, she is 40 years old, she is a business administrator and also likes to ride bicycles. My
nephew's name is Emiliano, he is 10 months old and for now he only drinks from a bottle. My
