Question 1: How would you go about establishing your credibility with the team?

Answer:
I believe that, trust is not given but earned. To gain credibility with team, I must earn it. I must
gain trust, loyalty and establish my credibility with the team I am working with. I will discuss
with the team whenever I am facing any problems regrading the job. As I only know what the
company website told me, and since that doesn’t give me a whole picture, I would want to make
sure that I have the whole picture before I try to establish any sort of credibility. Most
importantly, I would do my job. I think that my hard work and knowledge will speak volumes to
the team. I will respect all my team members and think before speaking. I will be generous and
well mannered to them. If any disagreement happens, I will sit with them and discuss about the
topic calmly. I will give them well advise and take any decision based on proper research. I will
work with team whenever, any task given to the team, i will encourage teamwork.
Question 2: If your supervisor asked you to do something that you disagreed with, what would
you do?
Answer:
Disagreement can happen in workplace, but keep arguing with that decision is not a good
employee’s characteristics. So if any kind of disagreement happens with my supervisor, first of
all I will understand the situation. Especially if I was being asked to do anything that violated the
rules. If there was still a problem when I was certain I understood what I was being asked to do, I
would convey my reservations. Following that, if it's simply a matter of protocol, I'll do things
the arrogant way since supervisors have a different perspective on the scenario. However, if it is
a matter of safety or another important concern, I would not act until I was certain that what I
was doing would not be detrimental to our entire goal.
Question 3:
Answer:
Multiple tasks due on the same day can be tough to manage, so it's important that I must
formulate a plan when the situation arise. Even if my tasks appeared impossible, I would persist
and work out the best strategy to do them. I would begin by ranking the chores in order of
importance before starting work on the most crucial one. I wouldn't be hesitant to seek for help if
there were any responsibilities I could assign to other skilled people.
Another thing I can do- I would maintain a positive outlook and utilize my organizational skills
to develop a plan of action. I understand the importance of adhering to deadlines, so if I saw that
I absolutely could not accomplish a particular task on time, I would ask for an extension.
I must be sure to provide a clear, thoughtful plan, and show a commitment to completing my
work, which I would apply in the position. I will typically aim to tackle the more difficult parts
of a project early on in a day. I also prefer to break down larger, bulkier aspects of a project into
small size, which assists me to stay calm and not become overwhelmed while working under a
deadline. When I finish all of my work, I notify my supervisor of the project's status.
