Key Responsibilities
In this role the candidate will:
• Install, configure, and operate an Informatica PowerCenter shared platform.
• She/He will take part in daily tasks like monitoring, perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis & solution
development.
• Create and manage users, groups and folders & ensure appropriate privileges are assigned to the different
users/groups.
• Perf orm project code deployment between environments and work on automated processes.
• Onboard new Informatica projects and help them get started.
• Coordinate with the internal team and Informatica vendor for patches and bug fixes.
• We expect the incumbent to be willing to also dedicate a portion of time to work with other products and
technologies. Some shift and/or weekend work may be required to support the global user base.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
1. 6+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
2. Several years of expertise in installing, operating & supporting Informatica PowerCenter on Linux (both from
administration & development side). Preferably in a large environment.
3. Good overall knowledge of the complete Informatica product stack.
4. Intermediate to advanced experience in infrastructure / client support of an Inf ormatica (or similar) environment.
5. Solid experience with RDBMS. Basic knowledge of SQL. Good work experience with Linux.
6. Working experience within an Oracle Data Warehouse environment
7. Experience in IT inf rastructure engineering including OS/security/storage configuration, capacity management as
well as shell scripting & automation.
8. Ability to provide high quality documentation & conceptual work.
9. Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and a good team player.
10. Work self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems and products.
11. Advanced communication skills in English.
