Office Memorandum No. 425, s. 2022 and DepED Order No. 13, s. 2022.

This is to further inform your good office that the Voluntary School Contributions (VSCs) were strictly a
product of documented agreement between and among members of the Parents-Teachers
Association (PTA) and the minimal contributions to support programs, projects, and activities were
agreed to be voluntary in nature.

Moreover, the school does not deny learners of their benefit due to non-payment of VSCs.
