Perception on the Use of Gadgets and its Relation to Self-discipline and

Academic Achievement of Senior High Students at Alaminos Integrated High


School

PURPOSE OF STUDY

The research study will aim to determine how self-discipline practices influence
academic achievement and extracurricular activities, particularly in a pandemic where students
take online classes with few changes in learning habits, environment, and task distribution, as
well as how the participants are able to successfully manage such a task.

Confidentiality
Your participation in this survey will remain completely confidential. In the sake of
privacy, I ask that you not include any identifying information in your survey. The researcher has
assured me that they will make every effort to protect your confidentially, including the
following measures:
