Legal Framework Outlines - Estrebillo
This is an act which focuses on enhancing the Philippine Basic Education System
through strengthening its curriculum and increasing the educational years in
order to greatly maximize the students’ potential and skills to prepare them for a
greater future.
This order shows the primary goals of the K to 12 Program which is to develop
the students’ competencies, work ethics, and values that are relevant to their
desired further education field. This helps them to become familiar with their
workplaces and to experience the simulation of employment.
This order refers to the safety and the guidelines in accordance to DOLE. This
order ensures the safety of the students from hazardous work environment and
prevents them from accessing the hazardous workplace.
This order pertains to the fair and just endorsement of products among school
premises. It was issued in order to prevent anyone from advertising certain
products and also in order to prevent the distortion of the market.
DepEd Order No. 6, s. 2012
This order refers to the disuse and prohibition of tobacco and the tobacco
industry to ensure safe health protocols in the school and work place.
This order refers to the Child Protection Policy issued by DepEd in order to
ensure the safety and prevention of harm of the children. It also protects the
children in school from abuse, violence, exploitation, discrimination, bullying and
other forms of abuse.
This order refers to the declaration of the unlawful sexual abuses or harassment
in the employment, education, or training environment in order to ensure the
students’ safety.
This refers to the tax incentives that the school receives in a form of donation. It
also pertains to the exception of the private schools.
Articles 218 and 219 of the Family Code
This act refers to the responsibility of the schools, administrators and teachers as
a second family or parent in order to guide the students in the school grounds.
Article 2176
This article talks about the payment of the damages done of a specific person in
a specific place or facility. It is duly their responsibility to pay and redeem
themselves especially if it is their fault.
