Electrolux, as the manufacturer of Frigidaire branded appliances, apologizes for the inconvenience that you have
experienced. Although a great deal of emphasis is placed on quality control, there are occasions when even the best
products malfunction.

We feel that the best way to assist you is to offer you a replacement unit. Unit will be shipped via UPS.

In order to process your replacement, please follow all of the steps on the Replacement Claim Form and send
including all the items requested on the Checklist to the email or physical address provided at the bottom of
that form within 30 days of 09/13/2021. Only verified purchases from authorized Frigidaire dealers are eligible
for this program.

Please allow 10 business days for processing. The subject appliance should not be disposed of until the
replacement unit has been received.

Electrolux reserves the right to exercise other options if a comparable replacement unit is not available.

o Remove Serial Tag KN94405657 from the original appliance and place on top of the example
shown at right on this form that you will need to submit. If the number on your tag does not match the
serial number printed on this letter, or other questions, please call 1 800 944 9044 prior to submission.

o Attach Copy of Original Appliance Sales Receipt showing name of authorized Frigidaire dealer
purchased from and price paid. NOTE: If no receipt, and otherwise qualifying, a maximum $50
virtual prepaid debit card will be issued, instead of replacement.

Consumer accepts that all requirements and requested documents must be submitted in order to
be eligible for a replacement. Electrolux may request and make arrangements to have the original unit
serviced and/or the original unit picked up from consumer home prior to authorizing a replacement.
Replacements are warranted for the remaining portion of the original unit's warranty period from
10/23/2020 or ninety (90) days from receipt of new unit, whichever is longer, or for any additional
period of time that may be required by applicable law. Submission will not qualify if out of the
original purchase date warranty. Electrolux reserves the right to exercise other options, if a
comparable replacement is not available.

Consumer understands and agrees, as a condition of this appliance replacement, the subject appliance
is to be removed from the stream of commerce. This means that the unit cannot be resold or reused
and requires proper disposal (varies by city/state). Contact your local sanitation department for
clarification.

recommended) images of the attachments requested on checklist in a single email to
na.cboreplacement@electrolux.com. OR you may send claim form, serial tag, and copy of your
original purchase sales receipt via certified mail, (keep this original letter for your records) to:
Frigidaire Warranty P.O. Box 621270, charlotte, NC 28262 USA.

The subject appliance should not be disposed of until the new appliance is received. Allow 10 days for
processing.
