TERMS AND CONDITION
INDEMNITY: 3novex Asia Sdn Bhd. is the responsible
organiser of the Event. 3novex shall have the right, free of
charge, to transfer to a new loca�on, cancel or postpone
the Event by no�fying the Solu�on Provider thereof, if
circumstances rela�ng to the Event change essen�ally, in
case a Force Majeure event occurs or if 3novex’s business
partner, who has an important role in the organising of
the Event, breaches its agreement with 3novex. Events of
Force Majeure are events preven�ng the realisa�on of the
Event, and which are beyond the control of 3novex, and
which occur a�er the date of agreeing on the Event and
which were not reasonably foreseeable at the �me of
agreeing on the Event. Events of Force Majeure shall
include (without being limited to) fire, unexcep�onal
natural condi�ons, mobiliza�on, legal provisions, rules
and regula�ons given by authori�es, malfunc�ons and
breaks in traffic and data communica�ons, accidents
concerning 3novex, burglaries and hacking, and all the
delays of the subcontractors which are due to some of the
abovemen�oned reasons.
1. Fees are inclusive of program materials and refreshments.
2. PAYMENT TERMS: Following comple�on and return of the registra�on form, full payment is required immediately from receipt of invoice. Payment must be
received prior to the event date. A receipt will be issued on payment. A 50% cancella�on fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right
to refuse admission if payment is not received on �me.
3. CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION: Provided the total fee has been paid, subs�tu�on at no extra charge up to 14 days before the event are allowed. All bookings
carry a 50% cancella�on liability immediately a�er a signed sales contract has been received by 3novex. Cancella�ons must be received in wri�ng by mail six (6)
weeks before the event. This is to be held in order to obtain a full credit for any future 3novex events. Therea�er, the full event fee is payable and is
non-refundable. Payment is required within seven (7) working days on receipt of invoice. Non-payment or non-a�endance does not cons�tute cancella�on.
4. If, for any reason, 3novex decides to cancel or postpone this event, 3novex is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients.
The event fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future event. Event program content is subject to change without no�ce.
5.COPYRIGHT ETC: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by 3novex about this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized
duplica�on, publica�on or distribu�on is prohibited.
6.DATA PROTECTION: Client confirms that it has requested and consented to 3novex retaining client informa�on on 3novex’s database to be used by 3novex and
passed to selected third par�es, to assist in communica�ng products and services which may be of interest to the client.
7.IMPORTANT NOTE: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the adver�sed package, 3novex reserves the right to change event dates, sites or
loca�on or omit event features, or merge the event with another event, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situa�ons no refunds, part refunds or
alterna�ve offers shall be made. In the event that 3novex permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force
majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the
amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid for up to six months to be used at another 3novex event. No refunds, part refunds or
alterna�ve offers shall be made.
8.GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Malaysia not including its conflict of law’s provisions. Any
disputes arising from this contract shall be brought before the court of Malaysia. At sole discre�on, 3novex may elect to bring any dispute arising under this
contract to the jurisdic�on of the codes and which the client’s offices are located.
