Eternally begotten of the Father, God from God,

Light from Light, true God from true God,
begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,
and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
He suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures;
He ascended into heaven and is seated
at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,

who proceeds from the Father. With the Father and the Son
he is worshiped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.

We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.

We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Holy and gracious Father, in your infinite love you made us for yourself; and, when we had fallen into
sin and become subject to evil and death, you, in your mercy, sent Jesus Christ, your only and eternal
Son, to share our human nature, to live and die as one of us, to reconcile us to you, the God and Father
of all.

He stretched out his arms upon the cross, and offered himself in obedience to your
will, a perfect sacrifice for the whole world.

On the night he was handed over to suffering and death, our Lord Jesus Christ took bread; and when he had
given thanks to you, he broke it, and gave it to his disciples, and said, “Take, eat: this is my Body, which
is given for you; Do this for the remembrance of me.”

After supper, he took the cup of wine: and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, and said, “Drink
this, all of you: This is my Blood of the new Covenant, which is shed for you and for many for the
forgiveness of sins. Whenever you drink it, do this for the remembrance of me.”

Therefore we proclaim the mystery of faith:

Celebrant and People:

Christ has died
Christ is risen
Christ will come again

The celebrant continues:

We celebrate the memorial of our redemption, O Father in this sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.
Recalling his death, resurrection, and ascension, we offer you these gifts.

Sanctify them by your Holy Spirit to be for your people the Body and Blood of your Son, the holy food and
drink of new and unending life in him. Sanctify us also that we may faithfully receive this holy Sacrament,
and serve you in unity, constancy and peace; and at the last day bring us with all your saints into the joy of
your eternal kingdom.

All this we ask through your Son Jesus Christ. By him, and with him, and in him, in the unity of the Holy
Spirit all honor and glory is yours Almighty Father, now and forever. Amen.

THE LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your Name,
Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth
as in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours,
Now and forever. Amen.

THE BREAKING OF BREAD

The Celebrant say: Lord we ask you to deliver us from evil, And to grant peace in our time. In your mercy,
keep us free from sin and safe from anxiety as we await in joyful hope the coming of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Celebrant breaks the consecrated Bread, saying:

Broken is the Lamb of God, broken but not divided;

Ever eaten yet never consumed, sanctifying all who partake of it. Amen.

Then the following anthem is sung:

Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world:

Have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world:
Have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world:
Grant us your peace.

We do not presume to come to your table, merciful Lord, trusting in your own righteousness, but in your
many great mercies. We are not worthy to gather the crumbs under your table. But it is your nature always
to have mercy. Grant us, therefore, gracious Lord, so to eat the body of your son Jesus Christ and to drink
his blood. That being renewed and strengthened by his risen life, we may evermore dwell in him, and he in
us.

THE HOLY COMMUNION

The celebrant says:

The gifts of God for the people of God.

The following maybe added:

Take them in remembrance that Christ died for you, and feed on him in your hearts by faith with
thanksgiving.

People: Thanks be to God.

RECESSIONAL HYMN: TO GOD BE THE GLORY

To God be the glory

Great things He has done
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin
And opened the life-gate that all may go in.

REFRAIN:

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord

Let the earth hear His voice
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord
Let the people rejoice
Come to the Father
Through Jesus the Son
Give Him the glory
Great things He has done

O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood

To every believer the promise of God
The vilest offender who truly believes
That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

Great things he has taught us, great things he has done

And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer and higher and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

MESSAGE 2022
Good Day, fellow co-operators! After two years of waiting, we finally can come together in
fellowship in this 2022 Annual General Assembly (ARGAM) albeit with precautions because of the
restrictions this Pandemic for we are still in the IATF’s Alert Level Two. One of the measures we are to
adopt this ARGAM is to shorten the time we will be together, hence the pacing of the conduct will be fast
with minimal questioning allowed.

Activities for last year was basically a continuation of COVID situation the previous year which is full
of uncertainties and adjustments just to be able to function as a cooperative and meet the demands of
you, the members. For this year we come to” thank the Lord for all the good things that He has given us“.
Foremost is, we thank Him for our growth. Last year, we were able to add 555 members, the highest
number of recruits in a year. Also our assets increased to 36 million more, a far cry from our average yearly
increase of 10 million. And we thank the Lord for His guidance that we were able to make our 5 year plan,
amended our MAP policies, decreased our interest rates and improve our internet services. And we thank
Him for our fellowship with friends and our partners who invested in us and provided us with opportunities
to improve our services.

On our in house social response to this Pandemic, we were able to successfully implement the
Dinnanggay Program wherein we distributed food packs to our members. And on the relief on fines due
to delayed payment, we were able to forego 2,201,285.18 as fines discount. On our MAP, we were able
to release Php 1,539,400.00 given to 13 beneficiaries and in HAP CA June 2020-May 2021, we were able
to release Php 136,772.00 to 47 beneficiaries.

And finally, we would like to thank the Lord for giving the Cooperative 25 years. Yes, on May 14, we
will be celebrating our Silver Anniversary! From 3 women who started the Coop as an association (the Ub-
ubbo) and 36 co-operators who enrolled it as the St. William’s MPC, we now grew into 3,120 members as
of December 31, 2021.Also, from a measly 600 to 275 million pesos asset. Our area of operation, too,
widened from Paracelis and its neighbouring municipalities to the whole of Luzon. We know that our Lord
will still shower us with more blessings for the next years to come. Our dream that “we double by 2025”
can only be achieved if we work together: to consciously recruit for membership, to patronize the services
of the cooperative, to contribute to its fund especially in the completion of our subscribed share capital,
and to participate in the Coops endeavours in spiritual growth and concern for the environment.

MESSAGE 2021
(Management)

Year 2020, as we will all know, is the year that our “normal” activities has been distracted
because of this COVID Pandemic, and our Cooperative also has experienced such abnormal
activities and uncertainties, but fortunately, with God’s grace, we survived the year and we are still
surviving to date.

In response to this COVID, we followed protocols on work schedule adjustments and

protocols for those coming in and out of office, observing home quarantines, lining up for medical
certificates and travel pass which of course sums up to additional cost of doing business. Our
lodging business and transport service literally stopped. Added to this is the effect of the African
Swine Fever which struck home: about 155 pigs at our ISAP farm and our backyard piggeries has
been affected resulting losses as well as loss in the sale of Feeds. And to triangulate our “malas”
for the year, we were fined by the BIR for some for some tax deficiencies and legal increments for
their audit findings for year 2017.

And yet, we managed to survive, and at this point in time, we felt the impact of the
Cooperative in the community. Our fund transfer business (POS or ATM withdrawal and True
Money) played a great role because it enabled the community to get their cash assistance locally.
Our Cooperative also became the conduit of DA SURE loans amounting to Php10M for the
municipalities of Paracelis and Natonin and last December, we were downloaded an amount of
Php10M from DTI for P3 loans. Also, we were accredited to be the supplier of the CFSMFF (Cash
and Food Subsidy for Marginalized Farmers and Fisher folks) beneficiaries.

New ventures or business were offered by the Coop to meet the demand of members and
community such as the Appliance Loan, Wholesaling of Goods, Banana Trading, Egg Production
and the enhancement of Internet provision in the locality. New ways of implementing PMES also
allowed us to recruit 400 members. Communications, too, to members improved thru the use of
social media; hence loan processing may be done thru calls or text message.

In response to the president’s call to extend grace period in loan payments, the
management and BODs approved 2 months extension of grace period and fines were discounted
50%. Calamity Loans were also offered and we were able to release 1.597 M for this. For this
year, 40% discount on fines is being offered from March to April.

For our future plans, our five-year goal (2021-2025) is to double everything so as we will
reach the HALF BILLION by year 2025. It is for this goal that our targets for this year 2021 are
geared to: 500 additional members, to reach Php 286,500.00 in asset. For lending, we plan to
loan out 144M and in sales we will garner 500K gross on sales monthly and all other allied services
must at least be self-sustaining venture.

I believe we can do this as evidenced by our increase in Asset from 212.30M to 238.81M.
A big contribution to this is from our members who contributed 4.8M as their Share Capital. With
our focus, our resiliency in times of trouble and always asking the Lord to Guide us we can do our
part of providing abundant life for us and the community.

Part II:
Thanks giving Mass officiated by Fr. Father Johny Srangay, the Saint William’s Rector and BTR was given by Rev. Fr. Crisologo
Bagiwan- Diocesan (DIMO). His sermon/ Homily focuses on our theme which is from Mathew 4: 19 NRSV “….and He said to them, Follow
me, and I will make you fish for people .” Rev. Fr. BAgiwan started his sermon with this question, “ What would you do today is Jesus came to
your office/home and tell you “ FOLLOW ME”? anya ngay ti maisungbat tayo?
He then explained the meaning of the word FOLLOW in the text. According to him, to follow Jesus is NOT just by going to the church,
does not mean just believing in who HE is, or just like HIM but following Jesus means more than just “liking His words” and enjoying
reading what He has to say.
Following Jesus has something to do with SACRIFICE as we can read in verse 20: say that “ Peter and Andrew immediately left their
nets and followed HIM. They literally left where they were walked with Jesus.

HOW TO FOLLOW JESUS?

FOLLOWING Jesus means we have to do something differently; that there will be somethings we will leave behind and your
life is all about HIM.

 If you follow JESUS you have to leave behind the life you might have planned, u have to leave behind your sin and spend
time with HIM, confess your sins, loving Him and becoming like HIM
 If we follow Jesus, our life is all about HIM, and he will be the center of our life. But as you follow Him, he is going to give
you ministries to PEOPLE, as He said, “ I will make you fishers of Men. People will become the focus of your ministry.
 Coops are community minded, they contribute to the sustainable development of their people the bottom line is the way
we touch PEOPLE for the glory of GOD.

Rev. Fr. Crisologo ended his homily with this invitation:

“ some of you today can call yourselves followers of Jesus – and you ARE but the truth is , you have not been actively
FOLLOWING Jesus for some time. Sometime ago, you stopped. Stop going to church, you may or you may not have but the
truth is, you stop following Jesus, stop walking with Him daily, getting His direction for your life; doing what He would do
in the world; ministering people. And you never retire from that. But today YOU are hearing His voice again saying to you
“FOLLOW ME”..and we must respond HIM “Yes Lord” , I’ll get back behind you, and I will follow you gain.

Part III: BUSSINESS PROPER

- The business proper started with an opening prayer led by Ms. Maigan Paddayuman, followed by National Anthem
conducted by Ms. Mariel Padua, followed by singing of the Paracelis Hymn conducted by Ms. Glenda Tangonan followed
by the Cooperative Hymn by Ms. Rosita Pakinkin and reciting the Cooperative Pledge by Bronwin Manangan. And it was
also followed by confirmation of quorum by the chairman that out of 2328 members of the cooperative there are 1024
attended as of 9:30 am. That is 44% attendance, therefore there is a quorum.

CHAIRMANS’ MESSAGE: By Rosendo S. Navarra: the outgoing chairperson of this cooperative, that according to him “ agmaymaysa

EDUCATION COMMITTEE REPORT 2020-2021

By: Patrick M. Lapon

Before anything else, I would like to thank our Father who created everything for he has blessed the
Cooperative for its 25th founding anniversary although we are going through this pandemic.
To address the adverse effect of the pandemic wherein social gatherings was not allowed, the department
were tasked to conduct one- on- one PMES to further increase the membership. The management were able to
recruit 256 individuals, 100 male and 156 female on the calendar year 2020. Most of the added members came from
Natonin, Mountain Province thus, as of December 2020, we gained a total of 2,578 members moreover in 2021 we
garnered 555 members that composed of 355 females and 200 male with a total number of membership of 3,133.
Unfortunately, there were 20 members departed on the year 2021.. so at the end of December 31, 2021 the total
membership we had is 3,113 members .

With this kind of membership, each of us were challenged to do our part and to recruit more members .
We are advised to recruit our family members, friends, friends of friends and relatives to be part of our growing
family.

Be part of the Saint Williams MPC road to 5000 members!!!…

COOPERATIVE HYMN
PARACELIS HYMN
Our land lies on the eastern side Narito and pambihirang kilusan
Where the sun takes its rise Ating daan tungo sa kaunlaran
It links the mountain ranges to the plains Ang diwa nito ay pagtutulungan
Kasipagan, pagsasarili, pagkakapatiran
The rolling hill and valleys
Show the beauty we behold
Kaalaman patuloy na hinihirang
In our hearts we are proud to say Kamangmangan hindi binibigyang daan
That her name is Paracelis Sipag at tyaga ay mga puhunan
Upang harapin ang suliranin ng lipunan
CHORUS
Paracelis oh blessed land Kooperatibang may katatagan
Our loyalty to thee Sandigan ng sambayanan
Our faith in God Kapit- kamay nating tahakin ang landas
Trust to our leaders Tungo sa kanyang kinabukasan
Kooperatibang may katatagan
And to our people loved
Sandigan ng sambayanan
Then prosperity and peace abound
Ipagmalaki natin sa mundo
In our dear Paracelis land Nagtutulungan, nagkakaisa tayo

Paracelis land of the pilgrims’ pride Walang puwang ang pag awalinlangan
A place we call our own Bawat hakbang tiyak ang pagtutulungan
Our praise to thee we raise it in a song Mga pusong laging pag asa ang taglay
We pledge to care of your bounty Abot kamay silahis na tagumpay
Toil the land with dignity
That the next generation will be freed from poverty Kooperatibang may katatagan
Sandigan ng sambayanan
Kapit kamay nating tahakin ang landas
And we’ll always remember you
Tungo sa kanyang kinabukasan
Wherever we may be Kooperatibang may katatagan
You name will always be upheld Pinagpapala hg Maykapal
Our undying devotion to make our dreams come true Ipagmalaki natin sa mundo
Be seen in words and action Nagtutulungan, nagkakaisa tayo
For the fame and honor of your name
Taas- noo tayo sa mundo
Isang bansa, kooperatiba tayo
