Introduction
Reflection connotes an individual’s perception of how the individual gets benefitted from one
course. Reflection is also a description of any core concept or outcome of any theory that is
described by the instructor of a project (AKARSU, 2022). So, the reflection report alludes to
the learning payoff from a project at a specific time. Herein, by adopting assorted categories
of theories as well as models of this project which adheres to the reflection (Cano and Lidón,
2011). Here I have discussed my reflection on a project that I have done that was subject to
homelessness in London. The project that has been done was a result of the effort of a
group of people. We have faced a lot of challenges and obstacles while doing the project.
We have tried our best to find ways to overcome these challenges and searched various
sources for getting more essential information regarding homelessness in London to get
the project successful (Rhodes and Gill, 2022). By the way, I have divided the part of the
project into two categories for metering and completing the project. The very first part is
entitled a reflective diary or log. In this part, I have discussed my reflection on
homelessness in London using Gibbs reflective model and also shown how I have prepared
myself for the project and how I have successfully done it (Schuemann, 2021). Now the last
part of this report includes a CV and cover letter which enhances my quality within the job
sector. It also expands the positive perception of oneself to the higher authority within the
working area (Harriet Eliufoo, 2017). My CV shows my educational qualification, work
experience, place of choice, and extra activities where a cover letter has elaborated the
working assessment of bodily as a customer care professional in the industry. So, it can be
said that my cv and cover letter explain the bodily views of my experience and mine.

Reflective diaries or logs indicate the personal journal or plaint of a person from a project or
a course (Cano and Lidón, 2011). An individual can keep the record as one’s reflective diary
day-to-day while an individual is learning something. Here I have shown my reflection on
my experience regarding completing the project on homelessness in London by using
Gibbs reflective model.

Gibbs's reflective model includes six steps. These are descriptions, feelings, evaluations,
analyses, conclusions, and action plans. After completing all steps of this model in a project,

3
it is possible to give the SWANKY targets and liquefaction of troubling situation and also a
proposed strategy.

Now the slide shows the Gibbs reflective model based on a week. Afore drawing so some
fundamental information about the placement is given within the area.

Gibbs's reflective theory was prolonged by Graham Gibbs in 1988. It shows some framework
of experiencing to learn better in the future and gives the plan to do well in the next. It is a
general model which has six steps to cycle which cover the overall perception from the
learning of a job sector.

Description: Description means the events that happened surroundings the working area. The
description also provides the whole information about the working placement of a project.
The project that I have completed has been subject to homelessness in London. It has been
found approximately 3000 people slept rough on the streets of London between April and
June 2022. Poverty, unemployment, and not having adequate housing are the main forces
of homelessness in London.

4
Feelings: Feelings mean the reaction to other things that are happening with a person. Here
feelings indicate the good or bad reaction to the experience. I was very excited while
working on the project. It has helped me a lot to enrich my knowledge about why so many
people are homeless in London. I have searched different sources to get information about
homelessness in London and gotten totally shocked seeing the result after analyzing the
information. I have passed enjoyable moments while doing the project.

Evaluation: The evaluation shows the assessment of feelings based on the description like
whether the experience is bad or good. The project was really informative. I have learned
various things from this project such as how to collect information and analyse them. So
many issues that are enforcing homelessness in London have been found and after
analysing these issues, proper solutions have been taken.

Analysing: Analysing means to analyse something. But the Gibbs model analysis shows the
way of analyzing the sense of experience what goes well or bad. The project that I have
done was really helpful to find out various forces that cause homelessness in London.
After careful analysis of the forces, I have found various solutions that can be
implemented to solve the homelessness problem in London.

Conclusion: The conclusion of Gibbs's reflective model refers to the improvement of

workplace place material that needs to change or improve as well as the improvement of what
should be done by the motivation getting from learning sense (VORONINA, 2019). In this
project, I have shown some core issues that are enforcing homelessness in London and
tried to give some proper solutions after analysing the information regarding homelessness
in London.

Action Plan: Action plan refers to how a plan can implement and what types of processes
should follow for improvement and what types of skills requires for getting a better job and
being eligible for the job. The action plan offers more job opportunities within the job market
(Mennini, 2013). The project that we have done helped me a lot to learn various things. It
has increased my ability to find out necessary information from different sources and also
how to analyze them and make proper decisions based on such analysis and more
importantly it has increased my communication competencies. I think it will be beneficial
for my future work

5
Project preparation is a way of analysing and developing an idea of a project into the
implementation of the project (Hussain, 2020). The raw materials of this project are to
present in the form of a project document. Project preparation is a more concerning matter
because it refers to the structure and foresight idea to eliminate some wasting activities. It
refers to these materials which are necessary or feasible to implement the plan. So, an
individual can collect a lot of information regarding customer service through this project
preparation. It also to the arsenal to be ready for placement in a car servicing organization.
But in the project preparation, there are some stages. These are risk assessment, assignment
of tasks, setting goals and objectives, creating and analysing, and case project deliverables.

So, from this project preparation, one can understand some major activities that should be
done within the car servicing organisation. So, dealers can easily grab some tactics to make
themselves better and to increase the capability of verbal communication with customers.

An individual can find a path to surpass his skill and quality. When the tutor takes the lesson
about the importance of surpassing skills and qualities. When an individual gets more
information about the placement process, then he will get another placement so fast. Because
he will understand the overall thing like verbal communication, and process IT sector of an
organization.

After finishing the program, an individual can edify oneself stiff and oral communication and
an individual can increase the fear about one’s placement of position. There are some reasons
for getting fear. These reasons are not having previous experience and not having real-life
knowledge. The practitioner will get a lot of motivation to do better in an upcoming
promotion or new place. An individual should focus on the improvement of some skills like
research and verbal. Because these skills are highly needed in solving any complex problem.
If one person fails to grab these skills, that person will not serve properly or won’t do well
after getting the placement. So, these skills are mandatory to grab for doing well in the
placement.

Project completion is entitled to the last or final stage of placement and this project will
succeed by the achievement of the final objectives (Johari, 2020). Put all plans into a place
6
and implement them properly also called project completion. At the beginning stage, every
project manager draws a project for getting success and also sets some tasks for every team
member of the project (Balla et al., 2009). Then it imposes on every member to implement or
complete the project. so, the first step of project completion is to have a clear idea or clear
goal about the final output. The project plan should be followed by the goal or output. Then
the project manager should divide the task into several members of the project plan. If every
team member works so obediently, it will be implemented or getting the success of the
project then. On the other side, if team members of this project are shown, then the project
won’t get completion. After finishing the placement era within a servicing centre and they
have found some obstacles and then one has to come forward to communicate the obstacles.
So, one can easily grab the language that one’s entering period of placement is used by their
fellows though both are freshers there. But nowadays IT skills are too important in the
probationary period and it will also be a challenging matter for the person who is doing the
activity of placement.

After grabbing these skills like the official language and IT skills, then an individual can
smoothly a lot of information or knowledge about the organization and cope easily with the
senior, fellows and supervisors. The employee who has the proper IT knowledge of Microsoft
Excel-sheet, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft words and has a certificate of three months
from any IT courses will be preferable to get the placement. When an individual has got the
help properly during the placement, then that person will be satisfied because one person can
miss learning any type of thing and then that person gets support from others creating
bonding with each other during the placement. If the subordinator doesn’t know about the
technology properly, then he will not perceive the verbal language of the supervisor. If he has
some knowledge about IT and current technology, then he will easily perceive the verbal
language of the supervisor during the placement of any employee.

After this project completion, an individual can easily detect his inherent quality, the
capability of leadership and the capacity of taking responsibilities. It also expands the
mentality toward the fellows, seniors and supervisors either positive or negative during the
placement. An individual can create an action plan for the authentic news driver of the world
in the UK after completing the placement. One can detect one’s lacking during providing
customer service within an organization. In the UK, world news provider needs a brilliant
mind to provide the service to their customers as they have to meet the customer demand for

7
authentic news. By doing this placement project, an individual can find one’s weakness while
providing the service as well as can improve the weakness.

Here CV pertains to the authentic academic credentials and first impression of an applicant or
an individual and also the professionals' details. In this part, I have prepared a CV and cover
letter for the job position of a senior driver of the world news organization. This CV of mine
is furnished with my current and previous skills and qualities that I am gathering or gathered
in the past. The cover letter is decorated for applying to the specific job position within the
world news organization. For decorating the cover letter properly, it seems very easy for the
agency to recruit the employee for the post and find a brilliant mind.

The Human resources Department
Subject: An application for promotion from the driving position to an advisor of the
driver.

Dear Sir

With due respect, this is to inform you that I have attached a CV with this letter for
promotion from the driving position to an advisor of the driver. Though I have some eminent
sagacities and working in various sectors like the Tesco customer service, Dees of
Wimbledon service provider and a lot of places, I did well there. I have already innovated
some new ideas there for doing. As I have an innovative capacity, I am doing well in my
current position. Though world technology is growing so fast, our organization can’t grow so
fast in comparison with other organizations. Because brilliant minds are not bearing the
higher position that’s why the news of the world can cope with the newer technology. As I
have gathered some experience from the previous organization of some innovative ideas to
grow up with the organization, I would like to innovate some technology ideas or projects
regarding the news of the world organization. I think I have the eligibility of managing the
driving position of news for the world properly. As I have experience with leadership skills, I
know very well how to manage this position. That is why I mentioned that I am eligible for
this post. It should be added that I will innovate new ideas regarding the driving growth with
the current world which will help the news to reach an eminent position and will impose
some new strategies to do better. Also, I sharply conceive that hard work pays off and
increase the capacity of managing the driver. As I have completed a few courses to overcome
the problems of managing which are needed for getting the placement. I have done these
courses when I see the notice of recruiting.

Therefore, I expect that you will grant my application with a positive mind and allow
grabbing the opportunity. If you judge me properly, I sharply believe that I will grab the
opportunity to do my best in this sector. I will attach my address and cell number to call me
for an interview. Then I will be grateful to you.

Conclusion
After the discussion or making this CV and assessment of the placement and also using the
Gibbs reflection cycle. An individual can easily get theoretical, training knowledge and the
ability to know about the quality of an employee for placement. It should be mentioned that I
have completed some courses soon which are very helpful during the placement. I can
improve my weakness in working place as I was mistaken in the past with the support of the
Gibbs Reflective model. I have shown my previous experience and achievement what I got
from those organisations. At Tesco, I was the employee of the month and gathered a lot of
knowledge about how to serve the customer. I have learned about IT and management of
driving very effectively. One thing very well furnished here is Gibbs's reflection cycle. After
perceiving the reflective model an individual can easily make an effective action plan and
overcome the weakness of getting a promotion or Placement. On the other hand, a CV will
disclose the capacity or capability of an individual who is perfect or not for this placement.
One needs to expand one’s eligibility so highly in the UK.
