AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, ALEJANDRO A. VIDALLO, Filipino, of legal age, married to Lualhati A.

Vidallo, residing in Silang Cavite, for myself and on behalf of my co-heirs who are
beneficial owners of a 1/7 interest or 450 square meters of parcel of land located in San
Jose, Tagaytay City with an aggregate area of Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty
square meters (3,150 sqm), and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate of
Title (“The Property”) of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Laguna, copy of
which is hereto attached as Annex “A”, hereby depose and state that:

1. I, ALEJANDRO A. VIDALLO, Filipino, of legal age, married to Lualhati A.

Vidallo, residing in Silang Cavite, for myself and on behalf of my co-heirs
who are beneficial owners of a 1/7 interest or 450 square meters of parcel of
land located in San Jose, Tagaytay City with an aggregate area of Three
Thousand One Hundred Fifty square meters (3,150 sqm), and more
particularly described in Transfer Certificate of Title (“The Property”) of the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Laguna, copy of which is hereto
attached as Annex “A”.

2. Said property ever since registered under my principal’s name or declared

for taxation purposes is tilled by my principal and the members of her family
and has never been worked on by any other person as tenant/s.

3. I am executing this Affidavit in order to establish the fact that the whole
property which has been sold to ATTY. CRISOLITO DIONIDO has never
been tenanted and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
