APPLICATION FOR DISPENSATION OF DOCUMENTS:-

1. That the above-mentioned matter is pending before this Hon’ble Court .

2. That I could not get the certified copy of Complaint And FIR due to National Lockdown
situation So I am unable to produce the same before this Hon’ble Court along with Bail
Application.

3. That it is submitted that I will submit the certified copy of the complaint and FIR copy
before this Hon’ble’ court within 4 weeks after the court will start functioning,.
 4. That the non submission of the certified copy of the complaint and FIR copy is neither
intentional nor deliberate, but due to the bonafide reason mentioned above.

PRAYER: –

It is, hence, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to exempt the non
submission of the certified copy of the complaint and FIR copy for r weeks in the interest of
justice.
