taken the cognizance of the offence and pleased to issue summons to the
accused.

2. That, at this stage, the accused is not interested to continue with the above
case and intended to plead guilty of the offence. Further, the accused is
ready to pay the necessary fine as specified by this Hon’ble Court.

3. That, the accused is unable to appear personally before this Hon’ble Court
due to some health reasons, and duly represents through his undersigned
counsel. The non-appearance of the accused is not intentional, but for the
bonafide reasons stated supra.

Court may be pleased to allow this application and pass necessary orders, to meet
the ends of justice.

Court as he has not been served with summons, hence this Hon’ble Court
was pleased to issue NBW against him.

2. It is submitted that, the absence of the Accused before this Hon’ble court
was not intentional but for the bonafide reasons stated supra. Further, the
accused undertakes to appear before this Hon’ble Court on the future dates
of hearing regularly.

WHEREFORE, the above named Accused most humbly pray that this Hon’ble court
may be pleased to recall the N.B.W issued against him, to meet the ends of
justice.
