II. RATIONALE:
Technology that was once expensive and limited to only the privileged few has now advanced
and become far cheaper (Edwards, 2009). In the modern information era, the wealth of the
world’s information can be accessed through a variety of devices. As the world becomes more
modern, we people tend to rely on our technological devices even more. These devices may
encounter issues from time to time; for example, the gadget may begin to lag or become
unusable for unclear reasons. Because not everyone is knowledgeable about these issues and
how to resolve them, we at Spectrum Software Solutions strive to resolve software-related
issues to the best of our ability in order to satisfy our clients' expectations.

Recommendations
The Covid-19 Pandemic has made the operation of Spectrum Software Solutions difficult
as community guidelines must be followed. This caused our team to put extra effort and care to
prevent our customers and ourselves from being infected just in case. Post-pandemic is likely
the more suitable time to start this business as people would be more comfortable around each

other. And as for the troubleshooting side of the business, look for common and known causes.
Some issues can be solved by simple solutions, you have to put an effort on trying it rather than
ruling it out of the possible solutions. Once common issues are ruled out, troubleshooters must
run through a checklist of components to identify where the failure is happening.

XI. CONCLUSION:
Almost everyone is relying on their gadgets nowadays as the world gets modernized day
by day. Issues in these gadgets can occur from time to time for various reasons. These system
problems can prevent someone from doing their intended work just because their computer
starts to malfunction. Troubleshooting is important to restore the computer system back to its
proper working condition, blindly troubleshooting your device can cause other issues to occur
when you don’t know much about computers. Computer solution services help these people
resolve their computer related problems to ensure that their computer is being worked on by
someone who knows the fundamentals of its operation. Our team is made up of ICT Students
who are willing to resolve system related issues and satisfy our customers with our service.
