Medicines obtained by individuals

If a seaman goes to a doctor ashore,he should be asked to obtain from the doctor a written note
indicating both the pharmaceutical name of any medicine prescribed and when and how it is to be
taken. If the seaman returns with a medicine ,check that the written instructions tally with the
