The University…., for the master’s degree program in Area and Global studies for International Co-
operation for the academic year 2022 intake. The duration of the course is two years, which will be
commencing from ….September, 2022
Personal Information and Family Background
I am only daughter and granddaughter of my parents and grandmother andstaying along with them in
Pune City in Maharashtra. I have passed with flying colors my Higher Secondary examination (12th)
in Commerce field in 2016.I am graduated from School of business and Law, Navrachana University,
Vadodara (a UGC recognized private University) and my graduation being in BBA. LLB. Integrated
course of 5 years which comprised of Bachelors of Business Administration and Bachelors of Law,
starting from June 20016 to May 2021. Right now I am a student and was being preparing for my
entrance for the higher studies and had undergone through a non paid internship in a law firm from
01/07/2021 to 19/11/2021 after my graduation for gaining experience, of which the experience letter
is attached herewith.
My Father has been retired from a private MNC, now recently he has started Construction Business ,
it is a Partnership firm. Name of firm is RAJDEEP CONSTRUCTIONS. I have also attached herewith
its copy of DEED OF PARTNERSHIP& PANCARD.
My mother is a housewife and my grandmother is a retired central government with a monthly
pension and is also the receiver of the family pension under my Late grandfather’s name who was also
a central government retired employee bringing in the total amount of INR 40,900. My Father owns a
1BHK flat in Aurangabad, which is given on rent basis which pools in INR 6000per month, and we
all living in a 3 BHK flat in Pune on my mother’s name. Our total Family income is around
INR562,800 per yearwhich is equal to 6835.18 Eurofor which I have attached a Family Income
Certificate of the assets my sponsors hold and all the proof of the supporting documents at the end.
Except the income, as mentioned above, my parents are having a Fixed Deposit of INR 1,500,000 in
HDFC bank. My grandmother, also has made a Fixed Deposit of INR 550,000 in Bank of
Maharashtra and INR 750,000 in Indian Overseas Bank, and my father being nominee for the same.
Purpose of Travel:
My purpose of travel is only to pursue the Master degree in “Area and Global studies for International
Co-operation” at The University of Turin, Italy. The Main Purpose to choose this course being
relevant to my Bachelors degree and will help me gain knowledge in depth of the subjects that I have
studied earlier with a wider knowledge that I can grasp internationally and utilize the skills for the
pursuing my career in the field after coming back.
 When my plan was done to acquire Master Degree in abroad country then I started self-surfing on
Internet and by various sources. At searching I found many Italian Universities are Top Ranked in
World Ranking. I found The University of Turinbeing in the top 300 universities in the world and is
providing Master’s Degree for which I was looking and the Course being taught in English
language.Also the education system there being more focused on the student being stimulated
towardsanalyzing, learning and understanding the course related subjects, and not only focused and
completing course. Accordingly, I applied for my admission for the abovementioned course and I got
admitted.I chose The University of Turin, because it has a great History and a great environment for
study, which I checked on University’s Website as well as on YouTube.
UNIVERSITY ENROLLMENT:
Pre-Enrollment fee is to be paid on arrival at the University for which I have topped up the balance.

My Father Mr…., my Mother Mrs. … are going to Sponsor me and they will cover my Tuition fees,
Living expenses and otherexpenses during my stay in Italy.For which I have attached the relating

ABOUT MY DATE OF TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION:

I have booked a hotelaccommodation from 15th August 2022 to 14th September 2022 in Turin, Italy,
after the specified duration, if visa granted, I will shift to the nearby hostel accommodations. If the
visa is not received before the date of travel then I hereby guarantee you that, I will rearrange the
hotel accommodation.
I have topped up 2000 Euros extra for the purpose of the round trip ticket to the destination as I have
not yet booked the tickets and after the visa grant shall be used for the same purpose.

FUTURE PLAN:
Completing my Master’s degree from The University of Turin I will come back to India to my parents
and grandmother to pursue my professional career with the gained knowledge.
