1. Introduction
“A mission statement is not something you write overnight... But fundamentally, your
mission statement becomes your constitution, the solid expression of your vision and
values. It becomes the criterion by which you measure everything else in your life.”
Stephen Covey
My personal goals, hope, vision and mission highly influenced me to incorporate Mother
Earth’s (Pvt) Ltd and set company’s vision, that is to “Power the world of work and help
people find better; not only in work but in life too” and the mission, that is to “Be a key
player in each of the areas we recruit in and to be the preferred and trusted
recruitment partner of both our clients and candidates”.
Forgetting memory is human nature. Documenting career goals and set a plan to achieve
them is very important for me. This Personal Development Plan will document below three
smart goals, action steps and development for the next one year, as a DPHRM student at
CIPM and the Chief Executive Officer at Mother Earth’s (Pvt) Ltd.

• Open a branch office in Qatar.

• Complete the DPHRM with a Distinction pass.
• Move my office from Malabe to a premium location
Before proceeding further, I would like to evaluate where I am at present.

3. Conclusion

I have come to the end of preparing my Personal Development Plan with three SMART
goals. It was vital to prepare a PDP as I am at the second stage of business, that is
“Business Growth”. My personal SWOT analysis directed me towards Golden Circle.
I now know what to avoid, why to avoid, what to improve and how to improve. I have
already witnessed changes in the way I handle my academics and the decisions I take
in my business. I have refined my knowledge, increased my effort on personal growth,
created a platform to get feedback, learnt to proactively deal with weaknesses and able
to manage stress. Next one years’ time it is my responsibility to achieve above
mentioned goals.
