Problem Solving Directions: Think of a significant event that happened in your life and answer
the following questions below.

1. Describe the situation.

- When my sister-in-law delivered my niece.

2. What were your thoughts?

- It was nerve racking and scary.

3. How did you feel?

- I felt excitement and anxious.

4. What were your behaviors? What was the outcome?

- My behavior was curious, it was a joyful day when I saw my niece.

5. How to overcome challenges in facing problems or situation in your life without affecting
your mental health?

- Be positive, think that you are not the only one struggling in life, that there are others
who are struggling too. But they strive hard to overcome that certain problem, and
always think that God will never give a problem we cannot solve.
