Regards
We have checked the balance sheet of the Altaakhe Engineering Company for General
Contracting Ltd as on December 31, 2020 and the calculating the result of the activities
of the company on that date and statement related to the period between (1/1/2020) to
(31/12/2020) and the annual report of the company directors set in compliance with
regulations of Companies Law no. 21 on 1997 amended. We have got information and
explanation that we saw necessary to achieve our task according to normal auditing
and upon our opinion through checking according to what we have reviewed of
company’s record as follow:
First: The Company Incorporation

The company was incorporated in pursuant to Companies Registrar Office Decree
with reference number (CR/19056) and dated (26 July 2004) that included the approval
to its recent paid capital (Five Billion) dinars, the value of each share is one single
dinar that were paid in full by Hasan Holé Ammer (100%).
Second: Company Activities

A- The Implemented Projects:
1- The company gained total revenues (58,316,896,050). The details of these
contracts are in the related Note.
Third: The Accounting Policy

We adopted the due payment method when preparing this data.
The depreciation of current assets are calculated and the association fees are written
off in rates assigned for the private sector.
We noted that:
We adopted while preparing this data the information provided to us by the company
directive board.

The assets inventory and cash calculation were conducted properly where the results
were conformed to the records.
The directive board report about the company career for the period from 1/1/2020 to
31/12/2020 reflected the company activities during the auditing period and there are
no breaches to the valid regulations and legislations.
The data and annual notes are organized in accordance to valid accounting rules and
they are prepared in pursuant to Companies Law provisions and its related
instructions.
The balance sheet reflected clearly the financial status of the company as on
31/12/2020 and it reflected the results of company activities properly and honestly.

Engineering Company for General Contracting Ltd during the fiscal year as on
31/12/2020 which is integrated part of annual sheets as follow
