BILL OF SALE / SALES CONTRACT FOR DOG OR PUPPY

The Buyer and Seller in the above-captioned case, do hereby agreed to the following
terms via Messenger messaging app:

I. Dog’s Health and Breed.

a. That the seller guarantees that the dog is a PURE BREED female Siberian
Husky (Black/White/Cream color), offspring of the purebred sire and
purebred dam;
b. That the dog is in GOOD HEALTH and free of communicable diseases at the
time of this sale. This health guarantee will be null and void.

II. Mode of Payment.

a. That the buyer will avail an installment mode by 2 payments of Siberian
Husky amounting to Ten Thousand pesos (₱10,000.00) per payment, totaling
to Twenty Thousand pesos only (₱20,000.00).
b. That the seller will pay in advance One Thousand pesos (1,000.00) as a
reservation fee to the dog on March 31, 2022. And on April 01, 2022, the
buyer will pay the remaining first payment amounting to Nine Thousand
pesos (₱9,000.00) for the release of the dog. For the last remaining payment
amounting to Ten thousand pesos (₱10,000.00) will be paid on April 30, 2022
(Saturday). As such, the breakdown of payment and its dates are as follows:

c. That the payment of the balance shall be made by Bank Wire Transfer, by
On-hand cash, by Remittance services, or by any means of payment
transfer.
d. That the buyer will not “FOR SALE” the dog;
e. That the seller will NOT ISSUE A REFUND or provide another dog to the buyer;
 III. Fitness of Purpose. The Dog was bred as a companion animal, and Seller does not
provide any warranty as to the Dog’s fitness for any specific purpose, including
obedience trials, show ring performance, and/or breeding purposes;

IV. Indemnity and Release. Buyer releases Seller from any and all liability, costs or
damages caused by the Dog after placement with Seller, including but not limited
to damage to or destruction of property, and injury to any person;

V. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the Philippines; and

VI. Confidentiality. All Parties understand that all parts of this Agreement are to be
kept confidential. If any portion of this Agreement were to be made public, the
releasing party would be held responsible for any damages that were inflicted.
Furthermore, the releasing party would be liable to all attorney’s fees of the violated
party in responding to such release.

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Both parties have
made no other agreements, promises, representations or warranties, express or implied,
unless specifically stated in this agreement.
