Introduction of the project Online Learning Portal
The “Nirma Study Portal (NSP)” will be developed to override the problems
prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software system will be supported to
eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardship faced by some existing
systems.moreover this system will be designed for the particular need of the company
to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner.

The application will be reduced to avoid as much as possible to avoid errors while
entering and viewing the data/web application. It will also provide an error message
while entering invalid data.

No former knowledge is needed for the students to use this system. Thus by this all it
will prove it is user-friendly. Online learning portal,as described above , can lead to
error free, secure, reliable and fast learning system. Thus it will help organization in
better utilization of resources.

Every organization , whether big or small, has challenges to overcome and manage
the information of students. Assignment , Quiz , Class video lectures , and Queries.
Every Online learning Portal has different assignment needs, therefore we are going
to design exclusively for all categories of students.This will be designed to assist in
strategic planning, and will help you ensure that your organization is equipped with
the right level of information and details for your future goals also.

Abstract of the project Online learning portal:
The purpose of Online learning portal is to automate the existing manual
system by help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer
software, fulfilling their requirements,so that their valuable information
can be stored for a long period with easy accessing and manipulation of
the same.
The required software is easily available and easy to work with.Online
learning portal ,as described above,can lead to error free,secure,reliable
and fast learning portal.

Functionalities provided by Online learning portal:

● provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as
assignments , Teacher , Quiz , Queries.
● The online learning portal will also manage the class details online
for quiz details , queries details like “quora”, Assignments.
● It will track all the information of students, class, and quiz etc.
● It will manage the information of students as well as of volunteers.
● It will show the information and description of the assignment,
teacher.
● It will deal with monitoring the information and transaction of the
quiz.
● It will also deal with managing the payments of teachers and
students.
● Editing, adding and updating of records will be improved which
will result in proper resource management of assignment data.
● Integration of all records of Queries.
Scope of the project Online learning portal :
It may help collect perfect management in detail. In a very short
time,the collection will be obvious,simple and sensible.It will help a
person to know the management of the past year perfectly and
vividly. It will also help in current works relative to Online learning
portal. It will also reduce the cost of collecting the management &
collection procedure will go on smoothly.

Our project aims at business process automation.

● In the computer system the person has to fill the various forms
& number of copies of the forms can be easily generated at a
time.
● To assist the staff in capturing the effort spent on their
respective working areas.
● To utilize resources in an efficient manner by increasing their
productivity through automation.
● It will satisfy the user requirements.
● Be easy to understand by the user and operator.
● Be easy to operate Have a good user interface.
● Be expandable.
● Delivered on schedule within budget.
Why and for what Online learning portal for all
such categories:
The current online learning platforms focuses on specific education sections like
different for UG/PG, Competitive exams, other state board exams etc. Here the user
is unknown if some sites/companies may have loss in education, there is no One Stop
Go, where a user can educate himself in any course she/he wants to. We are planning
on providing the user with each level of education being provided in this country by
creating a web application of NIRMA Institute which brings all together.

The web application is of NIRMA Institute which manages the video lectures
provided by the institute itself as well as other institutes and also collaborating with
the best faculties of the field and bringing all in one place.

Once from a small age the user starts using the application the user wouldn’t have to
switch to any other application for any type of education need.
