SOP ZONE AREA FOR FIELD COLLECTOR

Purpose
1. Segment Field Collector based on performance.
2. Identify and monitor the bottom performers Red and Black Zone Field Collector.
3. Decide action based on the segment zone of Field Collector to help improve the performance.
4. Tracking progress of Field Collector based on historical action.

Background
1. Zone Color is an effective to find out the position of the Field Collector every month in which
zone.
2. To know more about the activities of Field Collector every day whether the Field Collector are
in accordance with their job desk.

Eligibility
1. Color zoning valid for Field Collector who join 1 month up and more.
2. Only for All Internal Field Collector (not include Freelance Field Collector and Agency).
 PROCESS OVERVIEW
Definition and Classification of Zone Area
Divide the classified of Zone Area 4 (four) types, including:
1. Green : 100% Achieved KPI Target End Of Month
2. Orange : 95% - 99.99% Achieved KPI Target End Of Month
3. Red : Below 95% Achieved KPI Target End Of Month
4. Black : Below 75% Achieved KPI Target End Of Month

Activity and Action based on Zoning (Jakarta &

Outer Jakarta Area):
Team Leader Action
Team Leader Action for Field Collector Based on Zoning:
1. For The Red Zone & Black Zone
Team Leader have to do visit tandem with Field Collector min. once in a month, call the
Field Collector min. twice in a day, and review account level. (if there is an improvement
on weekly basis, the action can be stop)
2. For The Orange Zone
Team Leader provide daily feedback and focus to improve negotiation skill.

Notes: For Outregion, tandem visit will be do by Field Collector Coordinator

Area):
Coordinator Field Collector Outregion Action
Coordinator Action for Field Collector Based on Zoning:
1. For The Red Zone & Black Zone
a) Coordinator have to do visit tandem with Field Collector min. once in a week.
b) Meet the Field Collector min. once in three days, review result visit and make
action plan. (if there is an improvement on weekly basis, the action can be stop)

2. For The Orange Zone

Coordinator provide daily feedback (what should be done by FIELD COLLECTOR)
and focus to improve negotiation skill.
 Team Leader Action (Outregion)
Team Leader Outregion Action for Field Collector Based on Zoning:
1. For The Red Zone & Black Zone
a) Team Leader have to do review account user level 3 days after weekly assignment.
b) Call the Field Collector min once a week to and review the progress. (if there is
an improvement on weekly basis, the action can be stop)
2. For The Orange Zone
Team Leader have to do one on one review at least once a week.

Quality Control Field Action

Quality Control Selection Criteria for Training/Coaching and OJT:
1. Red Zone & Black Zone. Tandem Visit & Training (Priority after New Hire Field
Collector)
a. Tandem visit with QC Field min. once in a week.
b. The material training focus on probing and negotiation skills.
c. Inhouse coaching & sharing session with QC Coordinator by weekly (every
Friday).
d. Ask to the green zone Field Collector join the inhouse coaching & sharing
session to share the secret of achievement.

2. Orange Zone. Tandem Visit & Training by QC Field.

a. Tandem visit with QC Field min. once in two weeks.
b. The material training focus on probing and negotiation skills.
c. Inhouse coaching & sharing session with QC Coordinator by biweekly (Once
every 2 weeks/ every friday).
d. Ask to the green zone Field Collector join the inhouse coaching & sharing
session to share the secret of achievement.

Notes: Field Collector Inhouse training for Jakarta Area & Outer Jakarta, for
Outregion Area training will be do by QC Field Outregion or QC Coordinator
Outregion (by Online) if the area doesn’t have QC Field.
Quality Control Score
Quality control score must in line with the zone area and KPI performance.
1. Black Zone : QC Score < 75.00 (Need more intensive monitoring from QC and TL)
2. Red Zone : QC Score 75 .00 - 79.99 (Need more intensive monitoring from QC and
TL)
3. Orange Zone : QC Score 80.00 – 89.99 (Need improvement quality)
4. Green Zone : QC Score 90.00 – 100.00 (Good visit quality and meet KPI)

Note: The QC Field should give QC score on tandem visit base on the Zone Color.

Field Collector color Zoning Rules, will be given Punishment if Field Collector not
achieved 2 month in a row based on Month End Performance Field Collector :

Note :
1. Coaching Letter valid for 1 month (from date Coaching Letter issued), Warning Letter
valid for 2 months (from date Warning Letter issued).
2. If two times in a row in Black Zone Area, Field Collector will be terminated.
3. If two times in a row in Red Zone get Warning Letter 2, then third time if in Red Zone
will be Terminated.
4. If 1st month in Black Zone and 2nd month in Red Zone, the Warning Letter will be
Warning Letter 2 (WL 2)
5. If 1st month in Red Zone and 2nd month in Red, the Warning Letter will be Warning
Letter 2 (WL 2).
