accessED up to the fifth floor. On the ground floor area, ARE the lobby , FIRE EXITS, AND THE
PUBLIC toilet. On the second floor ARE the hallway and two storage rooms. The SUCCEEDING
FLOORS IS THE SAME AS THE SECOND FLOOR.

DENTIL MOULDINGS, CURVED PEDIMENT, CLASSICAL
GRID WINDOWS AND CORINTHIAN COLUMNS WERE
ALSO USED TO ADHERE TO ITS NEOCLASSICAL STYLE.
ALSO, A grid composition of the façade lends the building a classical and A
contemporary appearance.

TO SET THE MOOD OF THE OUTDOOR AREAS,


WE MADE THE FRONT YARD VERY TROPICAL, HENCE
PLANTS LIKE TRAVELER’S PALM AND BUSHES ARE SEEN
IN ENTRANCES.

UNDERSTANDABLY, NOT ALL BUILDINGS NEED


BALCONIES. HOWEVER, FOR US, TO LIVE IN A MULTIPLE
STOREY APARTMENT IS AN EXCEPTION BECAUSE OF

GREAT IMPORTANCE WHEN IT COMES TO APARTMENT
UNITS.

INTERIOR DESIGN WISE,WE COME UP WITH THE IDEA OF


COMBINING MODERN MINIMALISM materialized by the
WHITE FINISH WALLS, PLAIN WHITE CEILING, MODERN
FURNITURES WITH A SUBTLE TOUCH OF RUSTIC
INTERIOR STYLE THAT IS EVIDENT ON THE FLOORING.
AND THE SAME STYLE IS USED ALSO ON THE STUDIO-
TYPE BEDROOMS TO MAKE THE WHOLE LIVING
EXPERIENCE THEMATIC AND COHESIVE .

ON OUR LOBBY, IT IS IN A MODERN BRUTALIST INTERIOR


STYLE WITH AN ACCESS TO NATURAL LIGHTING THRU A
AN ATRIUM THAT PENETRATES FROM THE ROOF DECK
LEVEL DOWN TO THE LOBBY. IT ALSO provides impressive aesthetic
space, exposing adjacent indoor spaces to daylight, maximizing benefits from direct
solar gain, and increasing inhabitants‫ ׳‬socialization and interactions .
