Day 1 – Arrival and Welcome Dinner

Arrival in Podgorica. Transfer to Katuni. Welcome Dinner after check in. The group will sleep in various
"ecological-katuni" eco-shepherd's houses at 1750 m. We stay in these traditional mountain huts, in

culture and history, an unspoiled mountain area with a hospitable population and an
absolute must for hiking.

Katuni are small adapted shepherd's houses, which can easily be moved from one mountain to the
other.

This mountain represents a miracle of nature for many because of its dense forests, wide meadows and
steep slopes. It is adorned with six glacial lakes. Bjelasica is one of the snowiest mountains in Europe and
the ski center Kolasin 1450 has over 30 km of ski slopes. In summer, this is one of the favorite
destinations for hiking and biking.
