GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

✓ SUBMISSIONS should be made electronically to isctbl.ugd@gmail.com. Each


participant may submit a maximum of two papers - one as the first author, the
other as co-author. There may not be more than 3 authors per paper.
✓ The papers must be in ENGLISH.
✓ All manuscript should be in Microsoft Word file (*.doc or *.docx).
✓ Papers should be no less than 9 pages, or more than 15 pages and they should be
technically adjusted to the propositions as to the given template. Papers may extend
the limit if seen as needed to get a clear definition of the problem that is addressed.

IMPORTANT DATES
August 15, 2020 – Deadline for abstract submission.
August 20, 2020 – Notification for accepted abstract.
September 20, 2020 – Deadline for full paper submission. When submitting the paper,
please indicate whether you prefer a poster or oral presentation. The poster dimensions are
700mm (width) x 1000mm (height).

The papers will be fully refereed, and the final decision will be taken on the basis of the full
paper. Upon that authors will be notified by email.
