MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT


Since our last zoom-conference meeting, in my capacity as
Partner and Managing Director, there were some
recommendations that should be implemented. In particular:

1. THE ACQUISITION OF THE OFFICE

According to the Congolese law, a company must have an


office and its address must be mentioned on all the
documents (letters, mails, e-mail addresses,
correspondence...). However, the address N°2353, Avenue de
la Vigne, Quartier Gambela, Commune and City of
Lubumbashi was a residential house which allowed us to
have the different documents

2. WORK ORGANIZATION

 I find myself in the middle, because everything happens


without my knowledge, but my name and my contact
number are already with all the state services and I am
called by the tax department for the taxes that we will pay
with penalty.

 With the number of the National Office of Employment,


since the opening and the work of Boss Mining there was
no job offer but the workers are on the ground.

 The Labor Inspection is requesting the work contracts of all


the workers who are hired.

For:

1. Mr. MOSEA ARMY Edward

2. Mr. DLAMINI SANDILE

They are the signatures at the Bank, they must have the
work visa and more permanent work cards established by
the Minister of Labor as defined by the Labor Code.

3. Mr. AJAYI OLUYOMI BABAFEMI

Signing as General Manager on the various contracts that


engage UMOJAPROJECTS and third parties and not being
statutory must imperatively have the work visa and a work
card.

 As far as the bank is concerned, the minutes and the


statutes define the way the accounts should work.

 We do not have an administration and people who


accompany us every time at the end they receive nothing
in return.

3. THE SUPERVISOR AT BOSS MINING

During our zoom-conference meeting it was decided that me and Dr.


Etienne were looking for a supervisor but on the field it was always
Mr. Tyty who gave but he is paid by UMOJA PROJECTS and I do not
know his monthly salary.

4. THE INFORMATION CHANNEL

A. Mr. TYTY who does not have any machines and who is a
commissionaire has all the information. And it is difficult for us to
have the information because everything has to go to Mr. OLUYOMI

B. A lot of things go through without my knowledge and I get a label.

C. I always receive information late and especially if things on the


ground do not work with Mr. TYTY who is a commissionaire and
who does not have a contract with UMOJA PROJECTS especially
under great pressure.

D. You trust the partners that we statutory associates whose names


are mentioned on several documents.

E. We have noticed that a report submitted to you has never had a


satisfactory feedback
