Step-by-step Guide to Requiza POULTRY Farm’s

BUYERS Program
by Noel Meramonte

The poultry is a 3-year old farm located in Bugallon, Pangasinan; and continuously operating
with alternate loading of chicks and harvest seasons. Just this year, the company opened the
door to common Filipinos for a possibility to earn passive income while helping Requiza fund
their farm expansion. Currently, the farm has 2 tunnel vent houses with a capacity of 60,000
chicks per tunnel vent, thus 120,000 chicks for the 2 vents. Building another 10 poultry houses
is the target for 2019 project.

This is a kind of "PAALAGA" Program, a very common practice done by Filipinos for decades.
But Requiza do a twist, wherein we virtually buy the chicks and let Requiza do all the care and
selling, and in return, they will give us fixed 50% profit plus our capital after 60 days (capital +
profit is subject to 10% tax). Basically, it is a hassle-free raising of chicks. So simple. Just BUY
chicks. WAIT for 60 DAYS. EARN. A win-win situation for both the buyers and Requiza --- the
buyers earning a passive income and Requiza able to fund their farm expansion.

Metro Manila’s Office is located at Room 306 One Lazcano Residences, 123 Dr. Lazcano St.,
corner Morato, Sacred Heart, Quezon City. Office hours: 1PM to 9PM (Mon to Sat).

A contract/MOA will be available upon request. Either it will be sent to your email address or
you can request for a notarized hardcopy but the buyer will shoulder both the notary and
shipping fees. Contact requiza.financedept@gmail.com for contract/MOA concerns.

IMPORTANT:

Like you, I am also a buyer of chicks and not directly connected to the company, nor a part-
owner, nor have personally known the company’s owner, staff and personnel. I am just sharing
this opportunity because I believe that this may help you too. Any legal claim should be
directed to Requiza and should not be coursed thru me.

C. HARVEST REWARDS TABLE

Below is the Harvest Rewards Table. Choose the number of chicks that you want to buy. For
capital P100,000 and below, it should be as listed in the table e.i. 35, 75, 1000, etc.
Therefore, you can’t buy number of chicks like 37, 121, 954, etc.

However, for capital P101,000 and

up, number of chicks which can’t
be found in the table is allowable
as long as it is a multiple of
P100. So, you can buy # of chicks
such as 1012, 1074, 2013, etc.

Minimum allowable # of chicks

to buy per payment is 35 which
is worth P3,500. The maximum is
5000 equivalent to P500,000.

Harvest time. March 29, 2019

I don’t normally show to the public my profits, etc.

But most people who inquired about the program are asking if Requiza really pays.
Thus, I think I should include this here in my guide.
This is my withdrawal history as of April 30, 2019.
