Introduction:
Good day to all LHNHS faculty and Employees credit cooperative members. Welcome to our
special general assembly meeting. We are all gathered once again to discuss some important
matters.
To start up with our program, may I request everyone to please stand for the opening prayer to
be led by, Ms. Marilou Linco, the Philippine National Anthem, to be followed by our
Cooperative Hymn, Pledge to be led by Director Jenny Sabaricos, and our Cooperqtive Mission
and Vision to be led by Director Herbert Tecson.

And now, to give us her opening remarks for this program, may I call on Our Cooperative BOD

I will now turn-over the microphone to our BOD Secretary, Mr. Henry Labrador to preside the
general assembly proper and as well as to declare to us the number of participants in this
assembly.
