To our friends from Bacolod City National High School headed by Principal IV, Sir. Richard Gelangre,
From the faculty of Handumanan National High School, headed by Sir Allan Pomada, Principal III, Faculty
and staff of Luis Hervias National High School, to our beloved Principal, Sir Herbert D. Tecson, Ladies and
Gentlemen Good morning and welcome to our Installation of the Incoming Head Teachers and Turn-
over Ceremony.

To formally begin with our program, may I request everyone to please rise for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem to be led by Ms. Virnalissa Clarion and please remain standing as this will
rightly be followed by an invocation to be led by Ms. Rucel Vinson .

Once again, good morning. We want to express our heart-felt gratitude for your presence at this
memorable occasion. Indeed, it is a great pleasure to have you all today.

And now to welcome us all, may I call on our assiduous and energetic LHNHS FEA President, Ms. Pamela
Magbanua

Thank you so much Maam Magbanua for the warm words of welcome.

Today, we are privileged to have here with us the two school heads from different high schools of the
Division of Bacolod. First, to give us his message, may I call on the Principal of BCNHS, Sir Richard
Gelangre.
