PART II. INTRODUCTION: Amidst pandemic, it’s an honor for me to
Preliminaries be hosting this event with HOAn community and it’s a
great feeling seeing you all getting united in this
gathering. I don ‘t know how long you have been having
this kind of celebration yearly and being with you
makes me feel I belong to the same community you are
in. I hope you are all good. Sit back and relax

Proper INTRO: Once again, good morning. I am Roujin Kyle Y.
(Morning) Magana and I am glad to be your host today. Again, for
some reminders, I am letting you know that for a proof

UPDATES ON LOCAL HEALTH PROTOCOLS:

INTRO: I did mention the word pandemic earlier and
yes, we’ve been facing the same global problem even
until now and it has affected a lot of people across
the world including us but we are so thankful for
 having some people to update and educate us from time
to time about the things we should do to keep
ourselves protected from COVID-19. And to give us some
updates on Local Health Protocols, may we call in the
PROVINCIAL LEGAL OFFICER of BIR RDO 64- Talisay
Camarines Norte, Atty. Don H. Culvera. A round of
applause!
OUTRO:We thank you Atty. Don H. Culvera for these
timely updates on Local Health Protocols. It’s indeed
necessary for us to have ourselves informed about
COVID-19 and the kind of preventive and safety
measures we should consider in battling with it. Once

UPDATES ON TAXATION
INTRO: This morning we will also get some updates on
taxation. So, to help us understand further this

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DSWD ON DISASTER

MANAGEMENT
INTRO: The past few weeks have been very tough for
everyone especially those who are living in Southern
Camarines. For the information of everyone, they
experienced a strong earthquake magnitude followed by
a series of aftershock and being so blessed not to
experience the same scenario, aside from the MDDRMO
and other relevant offices, we have to understand the
role and responsibilities of DSWD on disaster
management this early so in any case such happens, we
knew how to get coordinated with this government
agency. For that to happen, may we call in the SWO
II/Head of DSWD- REGIONAL RESOURCE OPERATION SECTION,
Mr. Lloyd Lara. A round of applause!
