Part I

Emcee: Everybody is requested to stand for the invocation to be led by IO I Joahana Maris B. Catipay.

Emcee: We are gathered here today for a “Barangay Drug Clearing Program Orientation Activity” that will surely help
us be oriented on the ways that we could do pertains to this subject matter. To officially start this orientation, please
help me welcome IA III Milva D. Mojado for her welcome address. Let us all give her a round of applause.

Emcee: We have already heard Ma'am Mojado’s point of view, and rest assured, this orientation will be more
interesting as this program moves forward. On the other hand, this will not be as meaningful as what it is if we don’t
hear something inspirational from this person whom we admire and once considered the father of Tuburanons, and
current Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Tuburan, ladies and gentlemen, let's all give thunderous applause to the
one and only, Hon. Democrito “Aljun” Diamante on his inspirational message.

Part II

Emcee: Thank you so much, our beloved Vice Mayor, for the message. Truly your wisdom to inspire us never fail. At
this juncture, I am giving you to this woman who will tackle us about the National Drug situation. Without further
much ado, let’s give a hand to IA III Melissa J. Montesa.

Emcee: My felicitation and gratitude for the very informative topic you tackled with us, ma'am. Moving on, may I
request c/o Local PNP/MPS to give us insights about the Local Drug Situation that is happening nowadays. Everybody,
please pay attention to what he/she is sharing with us.
