The participants of English Speech Contest

And all of the audiences

My name is Nisrina Zahra Putri , you can call me by Zahra. I am from Muhammadiyah Junior
High School 9 Watukebo – Ambulu – Jember

First of all , let’s pray and thank to Alloh almighty, who has given us mercies and blessing, so
we can join this special event that is ENGLISH SPEECH CONTEST in the ME Award 2021 Which is
conducted by The Primary and Secondary Education Council , Provincial Board of Muhammadiyah
East Java.

Second, may peace always be given to our prophet Muhammad SAW, who has guided us from
the darkness to the lightness

Ladies and gentleman!

I am standing here, I would like to deliver my speech under the title :G

“ THE CHALLENGES OF MILLENNIALS GENERATION “

Well ..Are you a millennial?

Yeah, same as me.. I’m a millenial too. Next question “Could we as Millenials Generation
become a leader in the Future? That is a Big question that must be answer by us. And the
answer is “ Sure, we must be able to do it. We are continuer generation of our parents in
10,20, 30 years later. Before preparing whatever we do, it’s better to know the challenge s
in the future. Here they are.

1. Economic
Here are some economic problems, such as:
Damages of capital and the high of jobless,
Lameness of economic and
Outomatization of labor
2. Job
Millenials are fomous by man or woman which is work part-time and want to have
fun only . In the work place, the position of worker always from older generation
 than millenial generation. The different of work style become s a challenge for
millenial generation in the work place.
3. Properties belonging
According to Prita Ghozi as a planner of financial in Bisnis magazine, she said that
millenials often precede any debt for holiday, watching concert or buying entertain
thing than buying a house. So most of them didn’t have a house to life.
4. Financial and life style
By using technology and digital world, it rised a challenge to millenial generation
become consumtif person. Most of them will buy what ever they want but not they
needed
5. Mental Health
Using the social media by higher usage in millenial generation rise of disturbing
mental health. It was proved that millenial wich has 7 medsos has the higher anxiety.
By seeing our friend various story uploads, it will make us to compare our life with
others
We will feel that onother people are better, more clever, funnier, more interesting an
so on. That is why it can make less of self confident and influence s the health of our
psychology

Well..by various challenges , our duty is to improve our selves by getting science and
having lifeskill in order to be ready as a leader in facing the future as good as
possible.
