PAYMENT AGREEMENT

This Contract is agreed upon by:

_______________________________________________, of legal age, whose principal place of address

(FULL NAME)
is at Canlubang Exit, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Philippines, (herein after referred as “BUYER”);

- and -

JOSHUA NOEL M. NICOLAS, of legal age, whose principal place of address is

at B5 L22/24 Diana St., Metro Royale Homes, Burgos Rodriguez Rizal, Philippines, (herein after referred
as “SELLER”);
WITNESSETH: That –

WHEREAS, the BUYER has an existing obligation to the SELLER for an amount of ₱50,000.00.

WHEREAS, the buyer and the seller, desire to secure the amount of payable by entering into an
agreement whereby the sum of ₱50,000.00 shall be set into structured payment agreement to the
terms and conditions provided;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto agree as
follows:

1. BUYER REPRESENTATION

The BUYER hereby represents and warrants that both parties in this agreement have set a
payment plan to secure the deficiency in a scheduled manner set herein without further
interruption, notwithstanding an additional fee for processing of such scheduling.

2. PAYMENT PLAN

The PARTIES hereby agree to the scheduled payment plan, as to the declaration of its content
found below. The BUYER shall conform to the scheduled set and shall pay to the SELLER before or
upon due. Failure to conform to the said agreement will give the FULL RIGHT to the SELLER to
TAKE THE DOG.

 INITIAL PAYMENT of Ten Thousand Pesos ( ₱10,000.00 ) was made on July 08, 20222.
Another Twenty Thousand Pesos ( ₱20,000 ) will be given on July _______, 2022.
And the remaining payable /balance of Thirty Thousand Pesos ( ₱30,000.00 ) shall be
paid until OCTOBER 2022.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute to this agreement will be mediated in accordance with the Philippine Law. Unless
specified otherwise, this agreement is under the justification of the Philippines, and any legal
disputes will be settled in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

In witness, whereof, both parties herein have agreed upon on the date below.
