Question: Can you give a description of your company’s background?

Question 3
Question: Can you give a detailed and exhaustive description of the customer service
process? Everything single step that occurs from the minute the customer places the order,
to the minute they receive their product/service.
Not to interviewer: Try to get every little detail. Such as what information is taken, who the
information goes to, is it written in a book, what other parties are involved in the
transaction, and how transactions and money are kept stored and accounted for.

Question 4
Question: What is your mission statement?
Note to interviewer: Follow up questions such as asking the interviewee to explain their
statement, or why they chose that statement specifically, can be used if the statement is
unclear.

Question 5
Question: What are the short-term and long-term goals of your company? What specific
things do you wish to achieve in the short term (6 months or less), and the long term (1 year
or more).
Note to Interviewer: Short-term goals would includes stuff like:

 Increase product prices by 3% over the next three months.

 Hire three new marketing employees over the next five months.
 Increase traffic on your company's blog.
 Implement monthly giveaways for customers on social media.
 Begin an "Employee of the Month" award program
Long term goals would include things such as:

 Increase the total income of your company by 10% over the next two years.
 Reduce production expenses by 5% over the next three years.
  Increase overall brand awareness.
 Increase your company's share in its market.
 Open three new office locations throughout the United States.
Specific follow up questions such as “Do you have plans to open any new locations?” or “Do
you have any specific plans to increase business awareness? If so, how?” can be used to get
more information, or to help guide the interviewee if they don’t understand the question.
