About Cambodia

 Cambodia is a country in Southeast Asia that borders the

Gulf of Thailand. Neighboring countries include Laos,
Thailand, and Vietnam. The geography of Cambodia is
mountainous in the southwest and north and dominated by
the Mekong River and Tonle Sap Lake. The government
system is a multiparty democracy under a constitutional
monarchy; the chief of state is the King and the head of
government is the Prime Minister. Cambodia has a mixed
economic system, self-defined as a planned economy with
markets, in which the economy includes a variety of private
freedom, combined with centralized economic planning
and government regulation. Cambodia is a member of the
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Cambodia Land Air Service via SGN

DETAIL LAND-AIR

C/O PROCEDURE Officer from Ministry of Commerce will visit the factory to inspect
cargo once it’s 60% ready of total quantity to apply C/O in advance
.Normally C/O processing time will be 6-8 working days and cost is
around USD 150/CO

PROCEDURE Once cargo is ready goods will delivered to trucking company and
Phnom Penh customs clearance is done at the trucking company CFS by the
shipper.

-Docs required INV&PL, patent, VAT, Authorization letter, Co with

land-air & docs for transit between Cambodia-Vietnam (APS will
provide required documents format to shipper)

TRUCKING SCHEDULE Every Monday-Friday, customs clearance have to done before 12
midnight and depart next day early morning arrive at midnight in
SGN

Ex- Cargo delivered by 11am Monday would customer clearer and

arrive in SGN Tuesday Midnight

DETAIL LAND-AIR

C/O PROCEDURE Officer from Ministry of Commerce will visit the factory to inspect cargo

PROCEDURE Once cargo is ready goods will delivered to trucking company and
customs clearance is done at the trucking company CFS by the shipper.

Docs required: INV&PL, patent, VAT, authorized letter, CO with land-air &
docs for transit between Cambodia- Thailand. (APS will provide required
documents format to shipper)

TRUCKING SCHEDULE Every Monday-Friday, custom clearance done before 12 mid night and
depart next day early morning to BKK , arrive after 48Hours

Ho Chi Minh docs for transit between Cambodia-Vietnam. (APS will provide required
documents format to shipper)

VESSEL SHEDULE Every Monday-Friday customs Clarence done before 12 Mid Night and depart
next day early morning, arrive at afternoon of next day in Caimep port.
EG: Cargo delivered by 11 am Monday Customs Clarence done at the same
time and Cargo will arrive in Caimep port Wednesday afternoon.
