This document provides the course syllabus for Computer Aided Modeling and Analysis Lab. The course aims to provide students with basic understanding of modeling and analysis software to analyze stresses in mechanical components. Students will learn to model and analyze bars, trusses, beams, and plates subjected to various loads. They will also conduct heat transfer, dynamic, and composite material analyses. Assessment includes exercises modeling bars, trusses, beams, and plates as well as heat transfer, natural frequency, and response analyses. The course outcomes are correlated to program outcomes in mechanical engineering.
