places,social platform and everywhere .There is a clear inequality between men and
women ,disabled and LGBTQ+ .Everybody should be treated fairly, regardless of
age,gender, conditions of fitness. A truly democratic country should not be subject to
discrimination, harassment or violence. An increase number of women person with
disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+community are part of today's labour market
and science. As a result, this vulnerable group is vulnerable to sexual harassment
and/or is a victim of sexual harassment in the workplace or under investigation.

Background

Mayor Sarah Duterte states that the regional government had diminished assault cases

For psychologist researcher recommend tha help victims properly overcome the likely
psychological impacts that can result recommend that they assist victims to regain the
self-esteem they may have lost in the process events are concerned researcher advice
them to give them good guidance. They are also encouraged to pay attention to their
children's so that they get one improved understanding of sexual harassment. They
should give them time to do it too.find out what they are going through on a daily
basis.This is about the safety of their children not be afraid or ashamed to report their
experiences of being harassed.Support family it is also strongly suggested that victims
recover from the incident.

For school administrators, researchers from this study also suggest that they do so
adequately educated their students to know what they must do to avoid these situations
and what they should be doing when they fund themselves I that situation. They can get
through this by means of seminars, meetings or forum.Trustees should also act
appropriately scolding and punish sexual harassed that can be reported they ought
to,deanly show support and care so that victims can recover more quickly.

For students, particularly women ,the researcher in thus study recommend that they be
vigilant to avoid being subject to sexual harassed.Students are encouraged to condoms
such humiliating behavior angle immediately report any harassment, such as street
harassment, to the appropriate authorities. It is advisable not to tolerate harassment on
the street and,at the same time, not to physically protect yourself your own safety.

Women's rights defenders are encouraged to use this study for this purpose better
support and understand victims of sexual harassment. The researcher recommend that
victims be will guided towards recovery and prevent it from happening to other
women .We encourage you to organize seminars and forums to assist women in
addressing this issue.
