Scope of Work
We will develop the Reid Department Store on a 10,000 square-foot land at 1022
Golden Street, Miami, Florida.
The first objective is to secure all necessary permits, materials, and equipment
before the scheduled commencement date on September 01, 2025. We will assign
Jenny Baker to assist you in this activity.
Pricing
Taxes 3 %
Discount (%) 0 %
This proposal will legally bind [Matlock Construction Corp.] (know as “Contractor”) and [Suzanne Reid]
(known as “Owner”).
2. Payment
The Owner will pay a down payment of $500,000 to the Contractor via bank transfer upon the signing of a
binding contract.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that any sensitive business information is considered confidential and should not
be disclosed to third parties.
