To launch admissions for Private Candidates into DIPET I and DIPET II Programmes of the
Higher Technical Teacher Training College (HTTTC) Bambili, of The University of Bamenda
for the 2022/2023 academic year.

The Vice-Chancellor of The University of Bamenda hereby declares as follows:

The registration procedure and file shall consist of the following:

 An online application form to be filled at the web address https://www.htttcuniba-

edu.com/private by the candidate;
 Download and print out the application form and the acceptance slip;
 Present yourself at the finance service of HTTTC Bambili with the online application
form for payment;
 Obtain a receipt upon payment of twelve thousand (20,000) FCFA as registration fee
delivered by finance service of HTTTC Bambili. online charges not included.
 A certified true photocopy of the birth certificate dated not more than six (6) months;
 Transcripts of Probatoire or GCE A/L (lower and upper sixth transcripts) or
Baccalauréat signed or certified by the competent academic authorities (applicable for
DIPET I candidates only);
 A certified photocopy of GCE O/L and GCE A/L or Baccalauréat or equivalent diploma
dated not more than six (6) months (applicable for DIPET I candidates only);
 A certified photocopy of HND/BTS/HPD/DSEP delivered by MINESUP, Bachelor
Degree or equivalent diploma, dated not more than six (6) months (applicable for Y3C1
candidates only);
 Certified copies of DIPET I or Bachelor’s degree and university transcripts dated not
more than six (6) months (applicable for DIPET II candidates only);
 A certificate of non-conviction dated not more than three months;
 A medical certificate, dated not more than three months issued by a state medical
doctor;
 One self-addressed A4 envelope bearing postal stamps in conformity with the
regulations in force;
 Two passport-size photographs;
 Attestation of private sponsorship (where applicaple).

Complete application files shall be deposited at the Computerized Students’ Records Office of
HTTTC Bambili, on or before November 04, 2022
