Importance of using high quality Huller

It is the hulling process that makes rice an edible product

Rubber roll hullers use the shear force to slide out the two
hulls in a way that causes little breakage

The performance of huller is determined in two ways

1. The hulling degree
2. The amount of whole grain recovered

The performance is best when two categories are at their

highest.

However best performance is always compromise between

highest possible hulling degree and lowest amount of
broken content.
