[Good morning, dear panelists, and co-researchers, we are going to present to you our study

INTRODUCTION:
SLIDE 3:
[To begin with, our introduction starts…]
Since the implementation of the vaccine distribution program, our government focuses on
the number of people who are already immunized. Only several studies collect data about the
adverse effects of the different vaccines.
SLIDE 4:
[In addition to that…]
This study focuses on the adverse effects of vaccines in different age groups within the
chosen location of the researchers.
“All of them have various approaches and reactions to people who have been
vaccinated, and side effects are to be expected. It is the body's reaction to the immunizations that
a person will receive. An individual will experience swelling, soreness, and irritation as a
response to this.” (Australian Government,2021)
[It means that there are different ways on how our immune system responds to the vaccine
because they consider it as a foreign organism.]

SLIDE 5:
This study benefits the government and its citizen, the front liners, and future researchers.
[In such a way that these people will be enlightened, ease the scare, and use this as their future
reference]

SLIDE 6:
The scope of this study focuses on the citizens of Baguio City and La Trinidad.
[The reason why we chose these places is that we researchers consider and follow the
implementing protocols in easing the COVID-19 pandemic within the city and the other
municipality.]

SLIDE 7:
[The statement of the problem is the following…]
1. What kind of vaccine did the different age groups
receive?
2. What are the effects of different vaccines on
different age groups from:
a. Ages 12-17
b. Ages 18-59
c. Ages 60 and above.[lastly]
3. Is there a significant difference in the effects of vaccines when compared across different
ages?

SLIDE 8:

[Now we are done with the introduction of this study, I am going to present the methodology that
we will be doing to gather data…]
SLIDE 9:
[This consists of different parts]

SLIDE 10:
Methodology:
This study used a quantitative method as well as an associative-descriptive design.

[It is for easier interpretation and gathering of data from the respondents.]

SLIDE 11:
[As I said earlier our respondents came from Baguio City and La Trinidad. Considering….]
The Number of Respondents that participated will be 20 for each age-groups.
[Since we are going to consider quota sampling]

SLIDE 12/13:

[Our data gathering tool and procedure will be through…]

Survey questionnaires using Google Forms were already spread through different Facebook
groups across the City and Municipality.
SLIDE 14:

[The statistical tool that we will be using are the following…]

Statistical Tools:
Descriptive
[By ranking and getting the mean of the result and]
Chi-Squared Test
[This is used to see if there is an association between the variables]

SLIDE 15/16:
[ After we presented the methodology, may I request for the second presenter to continue this
discussion]
[Thank you so much, now I am going to discuss with you the results and conclusions as well as
the recommendations of this study.]
SLIDE 17:

[The results of data gathering from the respondents are the following]
[For ages 12-17 the most common vaccine brand that they had been caught was Pfizer, for 18-59
is Moderna, and for 60 years old and above is Pfizer as well]
[Therefore] Most of the Respondents took Pfizer as their vaccine while Moderna is at least a choice.

SLIDE 18:
[For the side effects and symptoms, the most prevalent side effects that the respondents
experienced were mostly Headache and Pain in the injection site.]
Most of the age groups experienced headaches and pain at the injection site.
[Least of them experienced nausea]

SLIDE 19:
[For Statistical Analysis, Table Below shows…]
The table above shows that there is little to no association between the vaccine side effects and
different age groups.
[Considering the p-value it should be less than 0.5 but since it exceeds 0.647. That means that the
study fails. On the other hand, by looking at the V-Cramer’s for the basis of association. Since
the result is 0.201 it means that it has a very weak correlation]

SLIDE 20:
[Our synthesis will be]
It shows that the outcome of this study has no support for the hypothesized outcome. The effects
vary depending on the person’s immune response but not on age.

SLIDE 21:
[Let us proceed now to Conclusions and Recommendations]
SLIDE 22:
[The study concludes in…]
At the end of the study, it came up with the conclusion that vaccination side effects influence
people's perception of choosing vaccines at different ages. Furthermore, the highest side effect in
all ages that they have been experienced is headache and fever.
[Furthermore…]
People are still neutral about the vaccine side effect when it comes to this situation where the
pain that they have been experiencing is just temporary.

SLIDE 23
[For future researchers, we can recommend that]
1. Conduct this study in other places.
2. It is highly suggested to increase the number of respondents
3. Compare the different side effects of 2 vaccine types and it must focus on 1 age group
only
SLIDE 24:

Thank You
[Thank you so much for listening and watching our presentation and let’s proceed now to the
Question-and-Answer portion…]
